Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 38 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 700 m² garden.

The apartment is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Les sybelles ski resort (4th largest in France with 310 kms of runs)( https://www.sybelles.ski) located 4.7 kms from the apartment, access possible by car or via the shuttle bus during the February school vacations on foot by footpath in summer (20 to 30 minutes) or snowshoeing in winter

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (2 parking spaces).

- Nearest train station: Saint Jean de Maurienne TGV station, 12 km away.
- Nearest airport: Lyon airport 1h45 (171 km) and Chamberry 1h (95 km) away.

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
