The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals, and enjoy in the dining room or sunny deck! Enter into a grand foyer with river rock décor. There are 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom on this level to separate the group. Head upstairs to an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area. The primary bedroom is located off the kitchen and has its own private balcony and full bathroom.

Location:
Tahoma offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking as well as being minutes away from the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, which is located next to a nice sandy public beach. Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 guests ages 6 and up.
* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
