Villa NATICA

is a THREE bedroom, TWO bathroom townhouse located in the heart of Orient Bay, the Caribbean's Saint Tropez. Its location, 150 meters from the beach, allows you to enjoy all the activities and entertainment of Orient Bay or retreat to the tropical intimacy of the terrace with a private pool and cistern.

This house offers comfortable sleeping arrangements, vibrant Caribbean decor, and spacious living areas connected to a deck terrace renovated in September 2021 with a pool.

The large living room opens to a dining area overlooking the private terrace. Sun loungers and lounge sofas complete this holiday setting, evoking festive gatherings or relaxation and leisure with a good book.

Villa NATICA features a ground floor bedroom with a private bathroom (suitable for persons with reduced mobility) and two bedrooms upstairs with a view of the terrace. They share a bright bathroom adorned with royal palm trees.



A visitor's tax of 4% of the rental price will be charged, as well as 185 for cleaning and laundry. These 2 amounts must be paid in cash on arrival, as they are not due in the event of cancellation.

Great stay

Perfect location. The pool was so much fun to have. We have a 13 and 16 year old, they loved having the pool. Great places to eat near by. The property was very clean. Patricia and Bruno were fantastic hosts. Easy communication. We all highly recommend this place.

Wonderful

Our stay at Villa Natica was wonderful. We have stayed at several places in Orient Village over the years, and this was the best place yet. Patricia & Bruno were wonderful hosts; they kept us up to today with Tammy, and were great resources for everything we needed. The pictures on the website don't really do the villa justice. The pool was amazing, and everything inside was in great condition. The bed was comfortable, and the villa had everything we needed. It was nice being able to walk to Orient Beach, along with the restaurants in la Place du Village. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for family vacation

Family of 5 -- 2 young children and 1 infant - stayed at this villa for one week. Our first time in SXM and we couldn't be happier with the villa's location in this safe and secure community within Orient Beach. Booking and communication with property manager Patricia was simple and easy. Home was tidy and just as described -- equipped for everything we needed. Note, there is no oven but a countertop induction oven was provided. Washer/dryer was great to have as well! Our family also requested a pack and play for our infant & Patricia was graciously able to accommodate. Bedrooms and indoor living space were spacious and comfortable. Outdoor patio and pool was also spacious and perfect for hanging out after a long beach day. Everything you could possibly need was in walking distance, under 10 minutes -- beach and great restaurants included. Kids rated it a 10/10. We would definitely stay here again.

Simple tranquility

I'm reluctant to share this for fear of giving away a hidden secret, but Villa Natica is an underrated gem in Orient Bay. We recently spent a week here and could not have been happier with our experience. The villa is charming, spacious, clean and well-stocked, and the location is ultra convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach within a 5 minute walk. The property is exactly as described in the listing, and the photos are accurate. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the space, and we particularly appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit because we had packed light for our trip and needed to do laundry a couple of times during our stay. The kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked with tons of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils and small appliances like a Nespresso machine, an American style drip coffee maker, toaster, convection oven, microwave and even a fruit juicer. Everything we needed was available, even down to spare zip-top plastic bags, matches and toothpicks. Patricia, the property manager, and her husband Bruno were super responsive, always returning my Vrbo messages, calls and text messages within seconds. Patricia welcomed us to the property with a detailed tour, and the one time we had a very minor issue with the safe, she and Bruno came and fixed the problem immediately. We were very impressed. There is no question that when we return to St. Martin next time, we will definitely book Villa Natica again.

Mooie ruime vakantievilla

Villa Nautica is een mooie, netjes afgewerkte, ruime villa op loopafstand van het strand Orient Bay. Het zwembad is netjes, 's avonds sfeervol verlicht. De ligbedjes bij het zwembad liggen heerlijk. De bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit, de badkamers goed afgewerkt en schoon. De keuken is ietwat gedateerd, maar verder goed uitgerust. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van airco. De beheerders Patricia en Bruno zijn top! Ze zijn goed bereikbaar en hulpvaardig. Wij hebben er een geweldige tijd gehad! Echt een aanrader.

Convenient location to beach and restaurants. PM is responsive. Kitchen utensils can be better but plenty of fish wear to use. Appliances all work well. Upstairs bedrooms better for those who can walk up narrow stairs. We had no problem. Main floor bedroom best to reserve for more seniors with difficulty climbing stairs.

Wonderful experience in Orient Bay!

This is a house with privacy & a great pool & a balcony with a view of the ocean in the distance. It was clean, well furnished & equipped with everything you need. It was a short walk to all of the restaurants & Beach. I'd highly recommend it. The nicest part was the quick response from Patricia and she is tremendous! She gave us great recommendations on sightseeing and she even booked us a reservation.

Week of Caribbean Relaxation

It was very clean and well equipped. We did cook 3 meals there and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor furniture were great! The location was perfect. We walked to the beach and numerous restaurants. A shopping center was a few minute drive. I would highly recommend this property. Patricia was most cordial and helpful.

Fabulous

Beautiful, comfortable villa in a great location so close to the shops, restaurants and beach. Very clean and tidy with everything we needed. My only slight negative was that there were a few broken tiles / raised decking around the pool which my 5 year old daughter cut her toes and fingers on the first day. BUT we raised it with Patricia who reported it straight away to the owner and we have been told that this will be refurbished. Communication with Patricia was great as she advised us on local updates and other places to visit. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return here again. Thank you, we had a wonderful holiday.

Perfect location in Orient Bay

I stayed at this property for a week in May with my husband, 2 kids and one of their girlfriends (aged 19-22). The space was perfect for our needs. The location was fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Orient Bay Village. The property manager and her husband were lovely and helpful! The private pool and fenced outdoor space was great for hanging out as a group after a trip to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Back to paradise

This property is perfectly located to the beach and the square for dinner and groceries. All easily walkable. This is a very clean unit. Master en-suite on first floor with 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. Perfect for a family. Good kitchen (no real oven if that is important). Spacious living/dining space with nice sliding doors and electric hurricane blinds. Living room furniture is uncomfortable. TV has just 2 English channels, so bring a Roku or something similar to watch a movie or show in English. Outside pool area is spacious. It is really nice to have your own pool. This pool and decking look a little tired and could use a facelift, but still functional. There is an outdoor grill. Property manager couldn’t be nicer and she was able to promptly resolve a couple of small issues. With the additional entry and exit requirements it might seem to be too great of a hassle, but when you are here it is so worth it. Most people wear masks unless they are at the beach or sitting in a restaurant. I didn’t feel unsafe at all. Come back to St.Martin, they are waiting for you!

Wonderful find

The entire experience was great. Patricia was a pleasure to deal with, accessible, personable and very welcoming. As a local she offered lots of tips and went above and beyond. This house is ideally located in the heart of Orient Bay Village just a few minutes walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. This was our 6th visit to the island and the best yet. Orient Beach Area

This home is a perfect 3 bedroom home with much space and a pool. It was a short walk each day to the beach and many local restaurants. We were very pleased with our choice of this VRBO and will absolutely rent it again when we decide to return to Sint Maarten!

Wonderful stay for family and friends!

We were 4 adults and 2 teens staying here. We absolutely LOVED the house. From the planning and booking all our questions and inquiries were responded to quickly. Everything was ready for our arrival and we were met in person by the very welcoming Melissa. This not a huge house but everything is well planned and laid out. The description of bathrooms and showers can confuse North Americans- just to clarify, there are 2 shower rooms - with sink and 2 separate toilet rooms - without sink. The master bed downstairs has an en suite shower room and sink.the toilet is just outside the bedroom. The upstairs shower room and toilet room are in the hall and are shared by the occupants of those rooms. This all works just fine. There is lots of storage and the beds are super comfy. The location is absolutely perfect. Locally we enjoyed breakfast pastries from Macaron and ate a great dinner and le Pimenton. petit casino is a little grocery store nearby. Good for basics. We shopped at Leader Price for more. For days when Orient Bay is rough- head over to Galion Beach- gorgeous and calm. We had a great time- don't hesitate to book a stay here.

Très agréable villa conforme au descriptif .J'ai apprécié la piscine privée et la terrasse permettant de se délasser après une journée de visites ou d'activités nautiques sur la superbe plage voisine d'oriente bay. Pour les soirées,les nombreux restaurants sur place ou a proximité (Grand Case) et les clubs sur la plage A noter un petit balcon dans la chambre a l'étage avec vue sur la mer et l'ile de tintamarre au large nous avons eu la chance lors de notre séjour de découvrir les festivités du carnaval coté français ainsi que des animations le mardi soir a Grand Case A conseiller
