Unser geräumiges 48m2 Studio befindet sich in der Residenz Mont Vernon am Fuße der Orient Bay. Der Komplex verfügt über einen Swimmingpool, tropische Gärten, Wäscherei, kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischen Baguettes, Pizzeria und Parkplatz
Unsere Studios wurden dieses Jahr 2021 komplett renoviert, sie sind klimatisiert, gut ausgestattet und fein dekoriert und alle identisch.
Die Küche ist mit Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und allen Küchenutensilien für die Zubereitung Ihrer Lieblingsgerichte ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine große ebenerdige Dusche, WC und Waschbecken mit Pflegeprodukten (Duschgel, Seife und Shampoo) einen Fön und wir stellen kleine und große Handtücher und Strandtücher zur Verfügung,
Jedes Studio verfügt über ein großes Kingsize-Bett (2m x 2m) und ein Schlafsofa für 1 bis 2 weitere Personen, einen Wohnbereich mit Flachbild-TV, französischen und amerikanischen Satellitenkanälen, einen elektrischen Rollladen, Privates Wifi mit sehr guter Geschwindigkeit ( kostenlos), 110/220V-Adapter, USB-Anschlüsse zum Aufladen von Telefonen und Computern, Safe, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen.
Der Balkon oder die Terrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet und ist der perfekte Ort, um Ihre Mahlzeiten zu genießen und dabei einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer zu genießen.
Die Residenz Mont Vernon ist wahrscheinlich die beste Lage auf der Insel, privat, ruhig in einer Wohnanlage mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst am Fuße des Strandes von Orient Bay, es ist die perfekte Umgebung für einen aktiven und erholsamen Urlaub und einen spektakulären Blick auf die Bucht orienta le, St. Barth, Tintamarre und die Insel Pinel, weiter am Strand sind viele Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte und Wassersportaktivitäten (Windsurfen, Kitesurfen, Jetski, Parasailing, etc ...)
Um alle Strände von Saint Martin in vollen Zügen genießen zu können, stellen wir Ihnen auch 2 Strandkörbe, einen Sonnenschirm und eine Kühlbox zur Verfügung

Amazing Place!

This studio was a perfect place to stay in paradise! Awesome location within a great neighborhood with a little market and pizza place. Pool was great and the walk to the chairs and umbrellas was only 5-10 minutes. The studio was clean and as described online. Can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect location

The unit was well maintained, on the beach and access to a pool. The pizza restaurant was delicious. The grocery shop was open all day. The beach area was quiet or you could walk down the beach, rent chairs, an umbrella and access beach bars. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Overall, a great vacation.

Short walk on the beach to restaurants and beach bars . Just beware you’ll be taking your luggage down some steps to the unit but once you get there it’s all good ! Also was surprised there was a nice pool I didn’t expect that according to the description

Great location

We recently stayed at the studio (after having a unit by another lister, not at this location, not live up to its advertising). We contacted Amaury at the last minute and he was able to accommodate our stay and allowed us an early check-in. The studio is in a great location, just steps from the beach with a great view of the water and sounds of the surf. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay at this location again when we return to the Island.

Great location and view

Although a studio, the space is large and the comfortable king bed is somewhat separated from the living area. The apartment is clean, has a nice balcony, and a great view over Orient Bay. There is plenty of storage space. Lighting is well planned with many options - bright enough for reading or more subdued for enjoying a movie on Netflix.The pool is newly refurbished and very clean, and the beach is a couple minutes walk. There are many beach bars/restaurants that offer chairs and umbrellas for rent, although two chairs and umbrella are provided by the owners. A car is necessary to enjoy the neighboring beaches (Anse Marcel, Islet Pinel) and many restaurants in nearby Grand Case. We went to Bistro Caraibes (also owned by the studio hosts) and it was delicious!

Love the View and Layout

The property is very well maintained. Clean. Comfortable bed and couch. Large TV (altho we didn't turn it on). The views of Orient Bay are fabulous. Very short walk to the beach. We loved having the provided chairs and cooler. The shower had plenty of hot water. We spent most of our time on the balcony because the weather was perfect and the views were spectacular, even at night. If your not use to walking distances, you will be wishing you could park your car closer to the unit. There are a lot of stairs down to the condo even tho its on the first floor because its built into a slope. We had a little bit of a hard time finding the unit. The onsite pizza place is wonderful. There is a lot of space for a studio. We will most likely return some day.

AMAZING stay as always!!

I believe this is my 5th stay in this studio over the years, and the studio, owners, location, and amenities are simply wonderful!! Seriously, when I plan to come back to St M, I literally never stress because I feel so comfortable staying in my ‘home away from home’ on Mont Vernon on Orient Bay. So cozy, yet open and spacious at the same time! Clean, comfy bed, beautiful views, lovely balcony, easy to use kitchen and bathroom. I spend almost all my time on Orient Bat, very easy to walk from the studio down the beach to great food, massage at KKO, and down to the other end of the bay. The local pizza is amazing, very happy to have the new store on property and the pool reopened!! Added plus, so close to the new Super U as well… Don’t hesitate, book now!! (Oh, and do not skip eating out at Bistrot Caribbe in Grand Case!! Best lobster I’ve had in my entire life!)

Good Value, but inconvenient location

Positives: The studio was very clean and comfortable and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The view from the balcony is decent; although partially obscured by the building in front, there is a decent view of the ocean and, in the distance, Orient Beach. Cons: If you have trouble with or don't like hills and a lot of steps then this is probably not the place for you. Although the kitchenette is adequately equipped with pots/pans, etc. and utensils, it, and the studio, lack some basic supplies. For ex., no salt/pepper, napkins, paper towels, Kleenex, soap for the bathroom, coffee filters, etc. Unless you stay in the area around Orient Beach, the location of the studio is remote. You are about as far from the airport as you can get, and it is a long long way to Phillipsburg, Simpson Bay area and some of the better beaches (Mullet, Baie Rouge). (The traffic thru Marigot is terrible.) This was our fifth trip to St. Martin and the remote location of the studio was the main negative. Our previous stays in the Pelican Key and Dawn Beach areas were so much more convenient to other areas of the island.

Great stay in Orient

Had a wonderful stay in this studio. Only have a couple of very minor concerns. 1. Only two trash bags in the trashcan. There should have been a few more since the can is small for a weeks worth. 2. Only 2 rolls of TP. Ran out of this also on Thursday had to buy more from Super U.If your not used to walking, get used to it. Parking is nowhere near the rooms and everything is on a very steep hill. Very little parking in the paved lot at the entrance but along the road to the lower unpaved lot is where we parked almost every day. It is all catch as catch can.The pool is very nice tho a bit sad looking. Had construction fencing blocking parts of the deck off for unknown reasons. Although the sign say full suits for women must be worn, about half the women were topless which made the wife happy. Be aware there is only 1 small pavilion for shade and it fills fast. No umbrellas or shade.Directions on the washing machine were very good and made life a lot easier. Just wish they were on the stove. LOL Wife has never used a cooktop like that and never did figure out how to work it.Overall friendly people in the complex. Everyone you meets says hello or Bon Jour. Try the pizza shop you will not be disappointed. But bring your French since the guy does not speak English.Will be staying here again, it fit our needs well.

Caribbean Paradise!

We stayed 02/14 - 02/18 and enjoyed a wonderful experience at Mount Venon. Everything in control of the owners was fantastic and we highly recommend their restaurant Bristrot Craibes, Grand Case......! Great value for accommodations & location. We really appreciated Amaury & Thibault and their prompt attention to any need or question we had during our stay! The things not in their control will take time........complex reconstruction, roads & road signs, traffic congestion and overall it was all doable. We'd stay again! Tim & Shuang

Amaury and Thibault were excellent hosts. Our studio was clean, safe, and steps from the beach. The location is nestled between Orient Bay Village and Grand Case, so the options for fine dining were numerous, and close by. I highly recommend the brothers restaurant...it is top notch!

Our Great stay in St Martin

We wanted a quick get away to St Martin. Amaury was a fantastic host. The Studio was very clean, bed was comfortable and everything you would need from beach towels to beach chairs were there for you to use. They left water, soda and a few snacks to get us started. The balcony was amazing, we sat there in the morning with our coffee and mimosa and watched the sun rise over the water. After a busy day sitting on the beach we watched the moon on the water. The studio is within a beach walk to Bikini Beach which we did twice. We also took a ride to Pinel Island which I highly recommend. There is a little pizza restaurant located on the property. The pizza was really good and they serve a fantastic salad. We really enjoyed our dinner there. As others have said evidence of the hurricane is noticeable on the property. The pool is not useable. But we were advised of this before we books, which I thank Amaury and Thibault for letting us know before hand. BUT there is work on the entire complex daily and the renovations DID NOT effect our stay in the slightest. We ate dinner one evening at Amaury and Thibault restaurant Bistrot Caraibes in Grand Case. Dinner was amazing and probably in our top 5 meals we have ever had. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Amaury and Thibault for offering your studio for such a memorable vacation for us!!

A true oasis

I absolutely fell in love with this unit! It has a beautiful over the ocean! The sun rises by the unit, but not in a way that shines directly into the unit. It was very peaceful. It is perfect for people who want to unwind and disconnect. There are a few things that I did not realize upon booking, so I just want you to be aware and not taken off-guard. The evidence of Irma is heavily present with the exterior of the buildings. Don't let that deter you. The unit itself has been redone and is very comfortable. Mont Vernon is built into the mountains so it is a literal hike everywhere. Pack light. I didn't and dragging my luggage up a mountain was no fun. The flip side of that is, there are AWESOME fitness opportunities. Mont Vernon is a little away from everything and the parking lot needs work BUT I absolutely recommend staying here! Also, most of the people speak French. I did not encounter any residents that spoke English. For me, that was fine! Everyone is very friendly and it gave me a chance to brush up on the few French phrases I know. Amaury and Thibault are VERY responsive. I could reach either of them anytime, day or night. They are great! You won't regret your decision staying here!

My husband and I had a chance to get away for 5 days in St. Martin. He has been at least 7 times but I had never been. Bay Orient is his favorite place on earth! We really did not give a lot of thought to the remaining devastation that Hurricane Irma caused when we book our reservation but every time we walked through the condo complex we were truly humbled to see how the people who live in Mount Vernon were impacted. With that being said, the studio condo is absolutely adorable! The view from the balcony is beyond spectacular and will forever be in my mind. Amaury and Thibault were wonderful hosts and ensured we had everything we needed when we picked up the key. The minute we saw their restaurant Bistro Caribes, we made a reservation for dinner. The meal was truly one of the top 10 meals I have ever had! We kayaked to Pinel Island one day, hung out under an umbrella at Kontiki beach, took long beach walks that included breakfast and croissants, shopped in Phillipsburg and spent hours just hanging out on the patio listening to the waves and looking at the ocean. By far, we enjoyed our quiet time here vs. spending 5x as much to stay in a fancy pants resort. I now understand why my hubby loves it here and we can't wait to return! Thanks Amaury and Thibault for a lovely stay!

The condo is nicely decorated with a great view.

We enjoyed breakfast and afternoon cocktails on the private porch with a great view of Orient Bay, Green Cay and St. Barts in the distance. Amaury was quick and helpful every time I contacted him with a question. Definitely rent a car, we did and used it daily. We will return.

Originally from France, we (my brother Thibault and myself Amaury) have been living in saint Martin for 27 years and own 11 studios in the Mont Vernon residence, we are very well known on the island as we own the Bistrot Caraibes restaurant in Grand Case for now 24 years (5 minutes drive from the residence)
