This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features large sofas and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

There's also a courtyard with a dining table for six where you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second has a double and a single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Marseille, France's second-largest city, offers a Mediterranean climate all year round. As soon as you arrive from Gare Saint-Charles, you'll be able to see the Basilique Notre Dame de la Garde, also known as the "Good Mother". You can also appreciate the grandeur of the Palais Longchamp in the 4th arrondissement. Stroll through the Panier district, Marseille's oldest neighbourhood, and meet local merchants and artisans. Lovers of green spaces will love the Palais du Pharo Park. For the more adventurous, take a boat trip to Estaque or Ile du Frioul. And don't hesitate to sample local specialities such as the famous "navette de Marseille". Those lucky enough to be present on Assumption Day will even have the opportunity to witness the procession of the Virgin Mary through the streets of Le Panier, a tradition dating back to 1807!

The nearest metro station, Vieux Port, is just a 5-minute walk.

Marseille Provence Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory requirement of signing the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
