This was our second time renting tis unit. The only problem we encountered was the refrigerator. It was not cool at all. We called the Southern staff, they were going to send someone out the next day. I messed with it and finally got it to cool enough to keep from ruining our food. So, deleted this issue, it was a great stay. Great location next to schooner's and the state park. This unit is spacious, that's why we like using Southern.

We got to the condo and it was extremely clean and inviting. It was so cool (temp wise) and comforting. The amenities were amazing. The host was very responsive. The beach view was out of this world and the pool was great. Every one that worked on the premises was friendly and helpful. There was constantly someone cleaning and providing a sense of security. I would stay in this condo again and make it a tradition. It is one of the best beach condos I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot.

The condo is great and receives 5/5 stars. It is spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. The condo complex is a bit too crowded for me. It has two pools but the one we were in was crowded. I’m spoiled and prefer a smaller condo complex. The beach chair rental representative was great. He was courteous and helpful. The beach area was a little too crowded for what I prefer. Again, I’m spoiled. I would stay here again.

Loved our time in Panama city

Check in was easy. Our room was as the pictures showed. Beds were so comfortable. The views from the balconys,livingroom and master bedroom were amazing. We will stay here again!!

Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. However, the unit is advertised as having 3 king bedrooms. It only had 2. The 3rd bedroom was a twin and set of bunk beds.

Very nice place with minor issues

Very nice place to stay. We had electrical issues that took 3 days to repair, this was inconvenient. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful and clean property - amazing Spring Break!

This was the nicest property we have ever stayed in at Seychelles. We always love to stay there, but this one was the absolute best. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Very helpful and quick responses from the property managers. We will definitely visit Seychelles #301 again!

All the codes were a pain. Had to call the host to find the parking passes. They were not where the email said they would be. The condo was nice. Outstanding Room

This has been the best room we have stayed in at Seychelles Beach Resort. The pictures online were accurate, which was a pleasant surprise because our room looked nothing like the pictures in the past. As a bonus, the furnishings were extremely comfortable, including all the beds.

Unit 301

We were quite impressed with the decor chosen for this unit and its comfort. We did have some maintenance issues that were promptly addressed. The only item we did not like was we could not check in even 10 minutes early and check out was 9AM—who has ever had a 9AM checkout!
