FLOOR PLAN
⭐ This living room offers plenty of space for everyone to gather for fun times or to relax. The flat-screen Tv is big and perfect to watch your favorite games. You will always feel surrounded by an elegant yet cozy vibe. You will also enjoy the long conversations after lunch or dinner at the dining area that sits six and the bar area that offers seating for four. Perfect to enjoy breakfast with the little ones! If you enjoy cooking, you will love cooking in this kitchen. It is spacious and fully equipped. It has everything you need, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchen utensils. You will find your private washer and dryer as well. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and access to their own private balcony. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The 3rd bedroom is great for the kiddos and offers twin bunk beds. In the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Just pack your bags and join us at Harbor Breeze for sun, sand, and relaxation! Cheers!

RESORT EXTERIOR ROOF CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
⚠️Emerald Grande Resort has started roof construction on the East Tower, which is limited to that building at this time. Roof construction on the West Tower is anticipated to begin toward the end of April.
Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and may include weekends if required. Guests may experience construction noise and other minor inconveniences during these times. All amenities remain open except for the East hot tub closest to the East Tower, which is temporarily closed due to its proximity to the construction area. The closure of the outside pool and deck areas are subject to change at the discretion of Emerald Grande Resort.

Other Things to Note:

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire unit (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. Please note this is not an All Inclusive Resort.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers Resort Wi-Fi, which is a open/public network. Wi-Fi details can be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter or in the digital guidebook. While we understand the importance of staying connected, we cannot guarantee internet speed or signal strength, especially during peak season when demand is high. For faster speeds, we recommend bringing a hotspot device. Please note: Streaming services are not available due to the Wi-Fi being an open network, but cable TV is provided on all TVs.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available in the Parking Garage as well as the surrounding parking lots. Before checking in, we will register you in the Emerald Grande portal. Once you enter the complex, you will pick up your key card and parking passes from the Front Desk. It is a super easy process. :) Please note that the HOA does not allow golf carts or scooters. There is a height limit since you will be parking in a parking garage. Please reach out if you need to know specifics.

BEACH ACCESS / WATER TAXI BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Emerald Grande offers their own Beach Water Taxi Shuttle Service. Please call our office for their contact info as well as additional information.
To head to the Beach, you will need to take the Emerald Grande Water Taxi Shuttle located at boat slip #17 on the Harbor Walk next to the lighthouse. You will be asked to show your room key card.

POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There are two pools and two hot tubs at Emerald Grande. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages. As well, the resort has security personnel who monitor the resort along with its amenities. If you cause any disturbances during your stay you will be asked to leave.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the host's health and severe allergies, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. If you arrive before 4:00 p.m. you may get your amenity cards from the resort and enjoy the resort amenities until 4PM!

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
