Recently Renovated! This Cape Cod Cottage is completely refreshed top to bottom. Less than 60 seconds to the sand. Cape cod vacations do not get any better than this! Located on idyllic Monomoscoy Island known for its gorgeous wildlife and stunning waterways, our home is the perfect choice to rent on Cape Cod. We are less than 10 Mins to Mashpee Commons and famous Mashpee Town Beach, Less than 5 mins to New Seabury and the Popponesset Inn, and only 15 mins to downtown Falmouth. Linens included!

The space
From the second you cross the causeway onto Monomoscoy Island you know you are on vacation! Pulling up to your cottage you are greeted by a seashell driveway. Our home features brand new furnishings, all updates were just completed in 2021. Entering via the smart lock into the stunning open family room and eating area gorgeous coastal decore greet you. The family room features a very comfortable slip-covered sofa and two armchairs. Hanging above the fireplace is a 50" smart TV with Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. The dining area has an oversized table, perfect for a large family meal or puzzle/game night. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for the biggest meal (should you want to cook on vacation!) Place settings for 6, tons of glassware, pots/pans, baking sheets, knife set, cookware, are all new and ready to craft a delicious meal. The primary bedroom features a supremely comfortable queen mattress, large closet, and oversized dresser. The bunk room features a twin over a full bunk bed, oversized closet, and dresser. The full bathroom is refreshed with oversized vanity and stocked with towels and toiletries. The bonus room/third bedroom features a twin day bed, and reading nook surrounded by windows (this is our favorite spot in the house) as well as the laundry station with washer and dryer, and access to the back yard. Our home has window A/C units and forced hot air heat. Outside is a propane Weber grill (grilling tools included), a large 8' picnic table, wood burning fire pit and plenty of space for outdoor games and activities. We are also three houses from a small beach!

Guests have total access to our home, yard, parking, and small public beach 3 houses down the road!

We provide all linens, guests should bring their own beach towels.
