Timeshare Unit: As a guest, you’ll have access to towels, linens, and pillows, but please bring your own toiletries (shampoo, soaps, etc.) for the week. The resort does not provide these.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Legitimate service animals are welcome, but emotional support animals are not permitted.

Credit Card Hold: A $200 hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at check-in and released at checkout.

Parking: 1 parking spot is included with your rental, with additional spots available at the resort for a fee.

Timeshare Tours: You are never required to take a timeshare tour or presentation when renting an owner’s unit. You are welcome to decline if approached.

Amenities: Resort amenities, including the pools, are maintained by the resort. Due to unforeseen circumstances, some amenities may be temporarily closed during your stay. Please note, there is no guarantee that all amenities will be open.

On-Site Support: For any issues with your unit, visit the front desk directly. The resort manages the upkeep and cleaning of units. If you need any assistance with check-in, I am local and available to resolve any problems.

Additional Details: There are no daily housekeeping services. Washer and dryers are available on every other floor (coin-operated). Please bring your beach towels for the best beach experience!
