Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a living room with fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), a bathroom with shower and basin as well as the laundry area, a toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. On the left on the landing, the first contains 1 bed 140X200 ideal for a person wishing a large bed. To the right on the landing, the second has 2 single beds. 80x200 (can be combined into a large 160X200 bed on request from the owners). The large landing offers a relaxation area with many games. On the ground floor: the library offers reading for all. The enclosed garden of 450 m² surrounds the house with many fruit trees and, to the South East, a courtyard shelters a wooden terrace. Possibility of sheltering bicycles for example. Private gravelled parking on the ground. In the center of this small town, 50 m from the church, typical house of the country, adjoining the owners' farmhouse but not overlooked. In the village of Tréméloir, the Val d'Ic gîte opens its doors and reveals its very neat decoration, its crossing light and top comfort for a peaceful stay 8 km from the sea and the first beaches. Valérie and her family are embarking on a global project that has been close to their hearts for a long time: the pleasure of welcoming people to a territory that they have always known and that they will share with you. For the coast and the countryside, within a radius of 15 km, resorts like Binic or Saint Qauy Portrieux, small towns of character like Chatelaudren will be great discoveries, as will the two neighbors Plérin and Saint Brieuc which share the pretty port of Légué and the large Rosaires beach.
