Laundry room on the ground floor in common with the second gite. Private outdoor area not adjoining the cottage on the other side of the road. Sheets and towels included. Barbeque on request. A great family project! The Labully family has renovated this old forge, where the grandparents once stayed. This large stone building, which has now become a gîte, has character. It borders the famous path of Saint Jacques de Compostela, a major place of pilgrimage. Functional, modern and bright, this second gîte is a real cozy nest for a stay as a couple or as a family! In the Savoyard foreland, the Gîte des Hirondelles calls for relaxation. Nestled behind the Massif de l'Epine, far from the major tourist sites of Savoie, it is a true haven of peace for a 100% natural stay. The cottage, located in the countryside is halfway between Lake Aiguebelette, suitable for swimming, sports and leisure activities and the Canal du Rhône ideal for family cycling!
