Two living areas and two kitchens give you plenty of room to spread out with over 3,000 sqft of space.

Located just down the street from the park, 5 minutes to local trails, 20 minutes to Park City, 10 minutes to 3 State Parks (Jordanelle, Deer Creek and Wasatch Mountain).

A Few Notes About Our Home:

Our family home is perfectly situated to be easily accessible to all activities in the Heber Valley and just a short drive to Park City. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a park down the street, this is the perfect getaway destination.

Cozy up to the fireplace in the winter, or enjoy the patio set and outdoor fire pit during the summer.
This is our family home, so you'll find all the amenities and comforts of home, making it a wonderful place for families. Kids will love the basement playhouse, the double-story treehouse, the trampoline, the backyard zipline, and plenty of toys and games.

The master bedroom has a sofa bed and the master bathroom was recently remodeled to include a soaking tub, double head shower, double sinks, and bidet toilet.

Kids will love the upstairs bunk room with one set of bunk beds and one loft bed with a fort. The top bunks are only suitable for children.

The four main bedrooms are located on the top floor.
One living area is on the main floor with a double-sided fireplace, and the other living area is in the basement to give you plenty of room to spread out.

Our office space has a large desk, shelves, and plenty of natural light with large double doors for privacy. Perfect for getting in some work time while you're traveling!

We have 3 designated parking spaces available for you.

The whole home is available to you with the exception of our locked bedroom closets and the garage which is closed to guests.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need including a blender, instant pot, waffle maker, Kreuig, and a large pancake griddle. You'll find plenty of dishes and even plastic dishes for the kids, so your group is sure to have what you need if you want to eat in! Spices and baking supplies will be in the kitchen which you are free to use.

Note: We keep our personal items locked in the bedroom closets so those spaces are unavailable to guests.
