The location is one of the best on the mountain for skiing in the winter and down hill mountain biking in the summer. We are located directly along side the slopes. This condo is within walking distance to all ski and bike lifts, ticket booths, ski schools, ski lodge, snow tubing, and ice skating. It’s about a five minute walk to the first ski lift. If you are a beginner skier or have kids that are learning to ski or snowboard, this location is one of the best as it is closer to the base of the mountain (not leaving you at the top of the mountain on more advanced trails to start your day).
This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo sleeps 8, has vaulted ceilings with a balcony nestled amongst the trees with views of Grandfather Mountain while overlooking the "Easy Street" green trail. There is a relaxing, tranquil running mountain stream just below. Spacious and comfortable with a TV in every room, WiFi, washer, and dryer in the condo and outdoor grilling area. No need to drive anywhere unless you are looking for other things to do.

We can allow up to two cars per stay. Vehicles number count is enforced per property. There are no additional public parking lots on Sugar Mountain for multi day use. Park on Sugar Mountain at your own risk.
Public lot near the base of the mountain in the Food Lion parking lot (1 mile from the base of the mountain) and Lowes Hardware (2 miles from the base of the mountain).
