Perfect for families, travelling medical professionals, or friends travelling together! Large home, quiet neighborhood, with a backyard built for entertaining!
The space is centrally located to all the activities downtown has to offer, but in a remote and quiet neighborhood with a playground only a block away! Open spaces, and room for everyone and a backyard that offers a large firepit, horseshoe pit, cornhole, and bocce ball!

We are a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. We cater to families who travel with children as we have lots of games/toys to keep the kiddos entertained. Our backyard is perfect for kids and pets! We have a gated front AND backyard so that kids and pets are always safe =)

We offer complimentary coffee, coffee creamer, sodas, and water to all of our guests! Kids will be entertained with games, toys and books! We have pet food and water bowls available as well as provide a tennis ball and rope toy for your furry friend to play with =)

**At checkout, simply lock the doors and leave! Don't worry about stripping sheets, doing dishes, or vacuuming. Instead spend your time relaxing with family and friends and enjoying your trip.**

Great place and very Pet Friendly

Jesseca was a great communicator throughout our stay, not only is the place exactly as pictured, but the hosts go above and beyond and all the little details really make this place stand out. Will gladly stay here again if we are ever back in Reno

Great House

The house was perfectly situated and very comfortable. The back patio was lovely especially in the snow. Loved the personalized greeting left for us on the counter and our pets were grateful for the pet toys and food and water bowls.

Far Westerns

We enjoyed our stay here while in town for the Far Westerns Volleyball tournament. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the beautiful backyard and firepit, but the house was wonderful and so much better than staying in a hotel!

Moved student to college - house worked well

Good location fairly quick to get to UNR, house was nice with updated appliances and nice backyard, but the entire neighborhood needs to "up" their game with front lawns. Host/homeowner was very nice.

Great stay once again

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and most likely will not be the last. Everything was all set for us when we arrived. The toaster didn’t work the morning we arrived so we messaged our host and within a couple of hours there they were with a new one. They also brought us a fresh bottle of propane for the barbecue! I thought that was a great service.

We’ll be back

A terrific house in a nice neighborhood. One block to a park. Easy drive to every where. Great backyard. (Although the propane bottle was empty. A first world problem, but we had planned to grill steaks.) STILL, a terrific stay. There was a warm welcome note from the hosts and TWO cold beers in the fridge. We lit up the gas fire pit, too Already booked another weekend.

Close to U of Nevada

This rental is in a low budget neighborhood. Not dangerous or loud, but a neighborhood I would not live in. Our family likes to cook and eat together and this was difficult. The only dining table in the kitchen seated 4. The kitchen was oddly furnished. All the glasswear was extra large, as an example. The fenced back yard was very nice. Easy for a small pet. Bathrooms are quite small. There were no washcloths or hand towels. Beds and bedding were very nice.

Beware of THE Pet Rules/No Shoes Rules

Was just OK. I was very dissapointed to rent a "pet friendly" home and once I received the "keys" and rules, they stated that the dog counld'nt be in the back yard, couldn't get on any couches/furniture or beds. By that time, I couldn't cancel the reservation or get another place to stay. I have a boston terrier and she is a member of our family; and these rules made our stay impossible. Along with the no shoes rules - again impossible for me to monitor. Kitchen was odd as you can't open and close any drawers. Neighborhood was loud and had parties all around this home. However, not a "quiet" spot, but great for college/party minded adults.

The space was nice & clean with amenities just as described. The location is central to Casinos, Shops & Groceries. My only suggestion would be to please have more towels available & in different sizes. Great stay!

Home and backyard were very nice. Welcome sign, lots of toilet paper and paper towels and spices. That was really nice. Sometimes you just need a little spice to complete your meal. Lots of books and the backyard was so nice.

Dog friendly house in quiet neighborhood

Amazing Stay

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this house. It is located in a great neighborhood right down the street from a park. The house was stalked with everything needed for our stay and made cooking/relaxing easy. The house was immaculate and my family and had a very personalized experience and were taken care of extremely well by the hosts who were very attentive and helpful. The backyard was AMAZING. With BBQ, firepit, horseshoes and cornhole it had a little bit of everything. I enjoyed having my coffee out on the deck each morning. We will definitely be staying here again if available the next time were in Reno.

Linda and her group threw an unauthorized and highly disruptive college party at our property, inviting 15–20 intoxicated individuals without our knowledge or consent. They dragged indoor furniture outside to play beer pong, resulting in extensive property damage. Multiple pieces of furniture were broken, glassware was shattered, and bedding and linens were ruined. The home was left in a disturbing state, with trash, spills, and broken glass scattered throughout. Despite our repeated attempts to intervene (including multiple calls, texts, and messages) Linda ignored all efforts to reach her. Our neighbors were so concerned they contacted us directly, and ultimately, the police had to be involved to address the situation. Guests refused to leave and were too intoxicated to hold a rational conversation. Unfortunately, VRBO was also unable to assist in resolving or rectifying the damage and disruption caused. This was a flagrant violation of house rules and trust. This was by far one of the most serious and unacceptable experiences we've had as hosts.
