This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has an open floor plan. The living room has ample room to relax and watch TV on the large flat screen; the dining area seats six people; and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything you need. Attached to the great room, the Carolina room with a ping pong table is where you will meet after a day at the beach to spend time with family and friends. Through the Carolina Room, you can have access to the deck, an outside table, and a barbecue.

The large master bedroom with a king-size bed has a view of the pool. Its private bath has a custom-tiled walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms share the same bathroom, which has a beautiful tile wall with a tub and shower combination.

Great House

Our family had a great week in Sea Pines resort in this home. Our children loved having the ping pong table to play during down times. The location was great for visiting Harbor Town, the beach club, and South beach.

Didn’t want to leave!!

We absolutely loved this home. We have an 8 year old and 11 year old and the bike ride to the beach (about 5-7 minutes) was enjoyable and easy. The house was clean, beds/couch very comfortable, and the pool/ping pong table were a hit. We biked each night to Harbour Town or South Beach and also biked to Lawton Stables. The property management team was great. A few things we learned-get baskets for the bikes and we rented the daily chairs/umbrella set up through Shore Beach which made it all very easy. We hope to be back!

Great house for a small family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great, up-to-date home located in a nice centrally located spot to be able to get to the beach <1mi, salty dog <5min, Harbor Town <3 min. Everything was really clean in the house and the rental management staff was VERY attentive and quick to answer any questions or needs that we had. The only minor negative was the access to the pool was not the most convenient.

Wonderful week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a pleasant surprise. It was nice to have a pool to cool off. It is centrally located so getting around was easy. The house was nicely furnished. There were some nitpicky things:Overall the property was in good shape. The oven door did not close all the way so it was difficult to gauge how long to cook things because so much heat escaped.The kitchen utensils drawer needed cleaning.The bathtub drain in the 2nd bath was incredibly slow so we ended up standing in a pond and the bathroom sinks were slow too.We had a great time.
