Welcome to "Gone Coastal" Enjoy all that Windmark Beach has to offer with a retreat to this newer home (Built in 2021). The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sits just two blocks from the beach, it is an easy 5 min walk or shorter bike ride to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf coast. This home features all the amenities you would expect to have to entertain the entire family. With Roku TV's in every room, 2 E-Bikes and 7 beach cruiser bikes plus a tag along for the littles, 2 paddle boards that convert into a kayak, and we even provided 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with 3 beach umbrellas. Amazing location with one of the closest homes to the Windmark Village town center Restaurants, Live music, ice cream and candy shops are all with in a short walk. The Resort style pool (Heated in Winter) offers plenty of lounge chairs with a beach entry for the kids. Have fun ridding around the village in the 6 seat custom lifted golf cart (included) enjoying the sunsets and soaking up the sun. "Newly added patio with a smoke less Fire Pit" and yes the firewood is provided. There is no better place to come stay for a relaxing beach vacation! If you are tired of all the traffic and hustle and bustle of Destin and Panama City Beach then this is the place for you. This is where small town Southern charm meets the ocean. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets around a bonfire on the white sand beaches. The town of Port St. Joe has something for everyone, from shopping the local shops to exploring the light house in the harbor, to sight seeing tours, boat rentals and fishing charters. Come see for yourself why they call this Florida’s unforgettable cost!

The Windmark Community felt like a high end resort with its manicured lawns, heated pool, and elegant Christmas lighting. This home was perfect for two small families and we all felt comfortable in the open kitchen, dining, and living room space. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and we all loved riding the bikes. The final special touch was loading up on the golf cart and riding through “town” to the beach. The host is easy to reach, responsive, and kind. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Really nice house and yard. Family friendly with a lot of games and beach gear. We enjoyed the electric bikes also. It was very convenient to drive the golf cart to the beach or pool. The pool was also very nice and big with a splash pad and playground.

Wonderful

The accommodations were wonderful. The use of the golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and grab food at the main area of Windmark beach. It was never busy and a cute hideaway. So much wildlife! Our favorite part was just chilling on the beach watching the sunsets every evening. If we came back, we'd stay here again. It was a lovely area, lovely home, and we made some great memories.

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed! We took advantage of everything that came with it: BBQ, fire pit, golf cart and bikes! Great location to visit the various beaches in the area. Close to downtown too!

Relaxing getaway

The house was comfy and had the majority of everything we needed. The golf cart, paddle boards and beach stuff was such a nice addition. The pool was great that it was heated this time of year! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and not too far from restaurants and entertainment. Overall would recommend!

Wonderful place to stay and fantastic hosts

This was a beautiful and special place to stay. There was so much thought put in to small details of the amenities that made it so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The hosts were amazing as well. Super responsive. We had a small problem that was resolved in hours that I have seen other places take days or after the stay to resolve. I look forward to bringing the family back here!

Fun with Friends!

We had a very relaxing stay. The property was as listed. Elissa was very responsive and answered any questions we have. The beds were very comfortable and lots of nice "extras" - arcade games, board games, golf cart, bikes, etc. It was a great place for a girls' weekend. We will definitely be back.

We are a Family of 6 with 4 daughters that absolutely fell in love with Port St. Joe and the surrounding area. There is no where we would rather vacation then right here in Windmark beach.

How could you not want to be in Windmark beach with all that it has to offer. With how close it is to the beach and all the boardwalks that lead to the white sand. With having it be so close to the pool, town center and to be able to walk to shops and restaurants.
