The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sits just two blocks from the beach, it is an easy 5 min walk or shorter bike ride to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf coast. This home features all the amenities you would expect to have to entertain the entire family. With Roku TV's in every room, 2 E-Bikes and 7 beach cruiser bikes plus a tag along for the littles, 2 paddle boards that convert into a kayak, and we even provided 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with 3 beach umbrellas. Amazing location with one of the closest homes to the Windmark Village town center Restaurants, Live music, ice cream and candy shops are all with in a short walk. The Resort style pool (Heated in Winter) offers plenty of lounge chairs with a beach entry for the kids. Have fun ridding around the village in the 6 seat custom lifted golf cart (included) enjoying the sunsets and soaking up the sun. "Newly added patio with a smoke less Fire Pit" and yes the firewood is provided. There is no better place to come stay for a relaxing beach vacation! If you are tired of all the traffic and hustle and bustle of Destin and Panama City Beach then this is the place for you. This is where small town Southern charm meets the ocean.
