In Roquebrune-sur-Argens, Les Issambres to be precise, we offer this charming 108 m² air-conditioned house with sea and mountain views, less than 500 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,200 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises :
Ground floor :
- A 50 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Independent garden level :
- A small living room with two single beds, which can be used as a bedroom, equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, microwave and kettle.
- Bedroom 3 : king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, cot, hammock, stereo and table football.

The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops are 2.5 km away, and restaurants and supermarkets are 600 meters away.
