The 1,633 Sqft home has 3 private bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Each room is decorated in hues of soft creams, teals & green tones along with the rustic wood accents and soft lighting, makes this a comfortable and stylish place to relax. The house has beautifully rich wooden flooring throughout and the tropical decor with subtle palm accents reflects a tropical rustic charm.

BEDROOMS: The Primary retreat features an en- suite bathroom with white marble top counters, large mirror & luxurious light fixtures. The Primary bedroom has a raised King bed with coral side tables, comfortable accent armchair, Smart TV, small dresser with chair and closet space.

The second bedroom is bright but cozy and features a Queen size bed, two nightstands & decorative artwork. There is also a white desk and chair.

The third bedroom also has a unique 4- poster Queen size bed and a tropical island décor and antique dresser.

BATHROOMS: The home has two full bathrooms to make getting started on your day a breeze. The first is the primary bathroom, with marble counter tops, shower/bath combination, elegant vanity area, and hotel-quality towels. The second bathroom has a shower, marble vanity and shared between the bedroom 2 and 3 guests.

KITCHEN: The impressive kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and double stainless fridge, a gorgeous aqua tile backsplash, white elegant cabinets, and an island for additional cooking preparation. The touches kitchen faucet adds an element of extra luxury. The house has a filtration system installed and the water is 100% drinkable from the faucets. Whether you're storing your family's favorite groceries in the cupboards or reheating leftovers from one of the best restaurants Palm Beach Gardens has to offer, you'll have all the space and appliances you need to feed your hungry crew.

ENTRANCE & LIVING ROOM: The space is perfect for entertaining, the lounge area features an L-shaped wicker sofa with comfy cushions & soft green loveseat around a glass coffee table great for playing games, a textured area rug across the wooden floor, and a flat-screen Smart App TV that includes apps that are available for ESPN+, MLB, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video and others. Additional white sofa sits facing a candle lit (remote controlled) fireplace and small wooden bistro table and chair set, perfect for playing cards or enjoying a fun game.

DINING ROOM: Intimate dining room with a wooden table with seating for 6.

DESK: For those remoted workers and students there is a lovely desk space.

OUTDOOR SPACE: There is a wonderful outdoor space. The area is enclosed with netting to keep the mosquitos out so you can enjoy the evening. There is a bar counter and 4 bar stools for your favorite cocktails. There is an outdoor sofa and lounging area with small outside dining table overlooking the gorgeous large blue fenced in pool with Gas BBQ Grill. Enjoy the delicious mangos from the large tree next to the pool area. We also have a few yard games available.

ADDITIONAL HOME NOTES:

1. Please note the detached cottage/storage area to the left of the pool area is not for guest use.

2. The house has a softener water filtration system. The water is safe to drink directly from the faucets.

3. The house runs on a Septic Tank and Well system. PLEASE do not flush anything down the toilet tissue provided.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

- This house is PET-FRIENDLY with a non- refundable pet deposit, up to 2 dogs - not cats.
