The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious, secure and completely renovated apartment. Perfectly furnished and located, it is ideal for accommodating up to five travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for two people, a convertible armchair for one person, storage space, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding as well as storage and a ceiling fan.

• A bathroom: it has a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in an authentic and lively neighborhood in the 13th arrondissement, close to the dynamic Place d'Italie and the Butte-aux-Cailles district, perfect for discovering Paris on foot between local life and emblematic places. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find cafes and gourmet spots like L'oisive Thé for a cozy brunch or coffee break, Ti Amo for a friendly Italian trattoria and Auberge de la Butte for traditional French cuisine, which are very popular with visitors. For your daily shopping, shops like Carrefour Express, Carrefour City and neighborhood grocery stores are all within walking distance for bread, fruit, wine and local products.



The neighborhood combines a residential atmosphere with lively shopping streets, and the nearby Avenue d'Italie is easily accessible, offering cafes, renowned bakeries and boutiques. Place d’Italie itself, with its grand boulevards and international dining options, is about a 7-minute walk away. Getting Around:

Arriving by Plane?

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Hop on the RER B train towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, and get off at Denfert-Rochereau. From there, you're just a short metro ride away.

From Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval light train to Antony, and transfer to the RER B, heading towards Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye. Stop at Denfert-Rochereau.



Public Transportation at Your Doorstep

Metro: The nearest station, Place d'Italie, serves Lines 5, 6, and 7, offering quick access to major Parisian attractions.

Buses: Prominent bus lines like 27, 47, and 83 connect the area, making it easy to explore every corner of the city.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate.

Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.



Deposit Requirement

A €250 deposit is required and must be paid online by credit card via SWIKLY. It will be refunded from 21 business days after departure, provided no damages are found.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Keys: Do not leave keys in the door or inside the apartment.

Noise: Respect neighbors and avoid loud disturbances, as noise complaints may result in deposit deductions.

Building renovations: Please be aware that nearby renovations may cause occasional daytime noise.



Internet Usage

Internet access must not be used for illegal activities or to access prohibited websites under French and European law.

We are not responsible for internet malfunctions caused by telecom providers, and no compensation will be provided for such issues.



Photography and Professional Use

Photo shoots, filming, and commercial activities are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for rates and permissions.



Age Requirement: The minimum age to reserve is 21 years. If under 21, guests must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay, and no refunds will be issued if this rule is violated.
