LIVING AREA

Get lost in the rippling waves of the Gulf of Mexico as you relax in the living room of this condo. A couch with built-in chaise lounge and chair in the living room provide seating for four with additional seating for seven more at the nearby kitchen counter and dining table. Fall back into a seat and catch your favorite football game on the flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming options. The couch also pulls out to a queen-size sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Break a few eggs and whip up your favorite omelet in the kitchen equipped with a full suite of appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to dine, four people can dine at the table with views of the Gulf and an additional three at the kitchen counter.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 8 comfortably - up to 6 adults and 2 children due to bunk bed limitations.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom features a shower/tub combination perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, plenty of room for clothes in the dresser and closet, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

A bunk nook is built into the hallway near the living room to provide sleeping arrangements for two children. A full bathroom with a standing shower is located just beside the bunk nook.

The living room features a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa with room for an additional two adults.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a full-size stacked washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.

A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Great place, clean and very helpful
This place was great! Just like the pictures. We had an issue with the door lock and the owner was on it within minutes! The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful. Only downside was the tight parking garage and the elevators. You WILL have to wait for one almost every time. But, as long as you are prepared for that and not in a hurry, not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo-Has issues with property management/housekeeping/maintenance
The condo itself is a nice unit. Well laid out. Has a gorgeous view. HOWEVER... We arrived after a sprinkler line had burst in the building. It leaked into the condo. I notified Property Management (PM), they said would notify maintenance/HOA. We never saw maintenance at all. Large water bubble in ceiling for our entire trip. Also notified PM that housekeeping had not left bed linens. PM offered to send someone on Christmas day. Trying to be nice, I said, that's ok, wait til the next morning, I don't want to interrupt some ones holiday. CRICKETS...never heard from anyone again. I ended up going to WalMart to purchase my own bed linens. WiFi sucks. Four TV's, all of them smart TV's. We did not have enough WIFI to stream on a single one. Condo could have been cleaner. I come in and clean top to bottom when we arrive somewhere anyway, so I am not going to complain about that. It is on the beach, so sand is to be expected. Price was decent for the size/location of condo. We love this building due to location and view. Every condo has a wonderful view.

Never Again
party central, loud all night No clear parking or check in. Elevators excessive wait - 45 minutes to get on, too many college kids partying and should be advertised as a college party spot, awake all night from loud traffic and noisy people - over all it was terrible with the elevator problems excessive. Not the place for families.
