In Vivy, we offer this charming 400 m² château with swimming pool and jacuzzi for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features a 70 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, five bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 5,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows :

First floor
- Living room with TV, dining area and sitting area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 : Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath and WC

- A 70 m² lounge area
- Bedroom 4 : Queen-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 5 : Two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed
- Shower room with bath and WC
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Exterior
- A private garden of about 5000 m² with furniture to enjoy fine days
- A private unheated swimming pool, 6.50 m in diameter, open from mid-April to end-October (opening dates non-contractual)
- Jacuzzi available all year round (3 to 4 people)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, cot, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Vivy, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
