Cabin Near Dale Hollow Lake

Relax in the rocking chairs or swing on the large front porch at The Porter Lake House in Star Point Village, 1.5 miles to Star Point Resort. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath has room for up to eight guests, including one queen bed in the master bedroom, then a twin bunk bed and a twin/full/trundle bed in the second bedroom. There's also a pullout futon in the living room for additional sleeping room if needed. A full kitchen is ready to make your own meals. Because we take coffee seriously :) , there is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig available. The large back deck has a gas grill, hammock and table that overlooks the surrounding woods for relaxing. This is a comfortable cabin for family getaways or for couples who want a place to relax after a day at the lake. Stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap is available for use. Come relax near the lake!

Please note: Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend and Labor Day Weekend require a 3 night stay minimum.

Charming home

We had a great time at this charming cabin in a wonderful neighborhood close to the lake. Clean with all the amenities and awesome front porch with swings. Would stay here again!

Cozy home, great location

Cute house, great location!

We had a great stay at this super cute house and the location is perfect for boaters. The only negative were the master bedroom sheets were bally and musty. Overall, the stay was fantastic. Thank you!

Would stay again

We would stay here again. Quiet street. We boat from sunset and it wasn’t a bad drive. The house was perfect for what we needed. Our only complaints were the height of the shower heads and the futon for a couch.

Dale Hollow Fishing Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the Porter Lake Cabin this past weekend. Beautiful setting, tidy and comfortable cabin with everything you need. The only glitch was the internet wasn't working initially, but Robin and Michelle responded immediately and it was back up within 30 minutes. They clearly want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay, and it shows!

Perfect accommodations

We had a wonderful vacation in Tennessee in part because of this lovely VRBO. The home was in great condition and accommodated our every need. We felt safe. Every room met our expectation! We hated to leave! Our friends, who rented elsewhere, were jealous of our home away from home. Thank you for sharing your lovely lake home with us!

Clean little cabin and quiet

The road leading to the cabin is 7 miles and very curvy and lots of hills. Take all you need for grocery’s . Star point is close to launch the boat but you don’t want to drive to sunset everyday
