We had a great time! The place was very spacious and a good lay out. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated not having to keep up with keys the whole time we were there. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Condo was as described. View was beautiful. Time spent in PC was excellent. Loved the condo, the ease of checking in and out and felt the pricing was reasonable. Would love to return!

Our room was spacious, clean, with a pool and right on the beach. This is the third time we've visited this location, and it is extremely quiet in our rental. Parking was no problem. We didn't have to visit the office to check in or check out. We had a wonderful stay, and would heartily recommend SeaChase VRBO rentals.

Quiet West End Getaway

The condo is in the quiet west end of Panama City. The location is fantastic, parking is plentiful, and the large wall of windows overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

Great Location but Needs a Makeover This property needs a major update! The online photos do not show the wear and tear on the furniture, bedding, bathrooms and cooking items. There is mold in the towel holder in the bathroom of the master bedroom. The mattress was worn and a foam topper that only fit half the bed was placed on top. The frying pans were in such poor condition that they were not fit for use. Even the “welcome” doormat was filthy! Although the host was responsive to maintenance issues, like clogged drains in both bath tubs and televisions that didn’t work properly, those issues delayed our enjoyment of our vacation. The plus to this property is that, for two couples traveling together, it has two king bedrooms and BOTH have stunning views of the gulf! We didn’t have to decide who got the best bedroom. That’s the main reason we chose this place. Otherwise, it gave a “motel” with a small pool vibe!

The property is in a great location. It was quiet and the grounds were kept clean. The condo itself could use a little updating, but definitely not a deal breaker. Housekeeping missed a couple things under the bed and couch from previous tenants. Great communication from owner! Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Literally wall to wall view. Nice layout with rooms at opposite ends. Free tickets a nice touch. We did mini golf and Dave and Busters! Microwave went belly up. We sent a message. Maintenance came very quickly and resolved. Great stay. Thank you!

Great getaway

I just wanted to do a short trip with my oldest pup and my one non negotiable is the place has to be ON the beach. Loved the view, place was clean and very nice. Close to many restaurants. There was a lot of construction taking place but didn’t really hear much in the condo itself. Thank you for letting me stay.

Spring Break

Hi, my name is Michelle and I’m from Zachary, LA. My family and I stayed at Seachase for our spring break vacation. Everything about this place was great. We had access to the beach, balcony right over the beach. The location was great because everything was right there. The only issue i had was the water wasn’t staying hot but other than that my stay was GREAT and I will definitely book with them again!

Awesome location!

The condo was super clean. The owner was extremely responsive. It had all the basics. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The only negative was condo was rather outdated and in some disrepair.

Seachase

You simply can't beat the view...floor to ceiling windows in every room showcase the beautiful ocean. Most beaches are packed with people, but the beach at the Seachase is so serene. This room is great for traveling adult couples. We each had a king size bed, our own bathroom, and plenty of closet space.
