Our stay was so bad, we left after one day, and spent the next 2 nights in the suburbs. So much for a vacation in the city.
Upon checking in, it was immediately apparent that the floors have not been swept or mopped in a LONG time. They were filthy, and we couldnt walk around barefoot or in socks, leaving our shoes next to the bed.
The unit lacks places to put your luggage, and with the gross floors, we had to stack everything on the couch and dining room chairs.
No toilet paper holder, nor towel racks in the bathroom.
The upstairs unit had loud music during the day. (Fine.) But at night, multiple people were walking back and forth until 3:45am upstairs. There is zero sound insulation. The single AC vent blows directly onto the bed.
Broken light fixtures. Broken window blinds.
The messages from the manager are all automated. I reached out to the manager to ask for the floors to be cleaned, and got an automated message saying "I hope you're enjoying your stay." Hours later, she said she would "alert the crew" And I never heard back. I told her we were checking out early. No response.
