The Space:

With 3 bedrooms and being able to accommodate up to 6 people, it is nicely decorated and fully equipped.
It also enjoys a privileged location in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the lagoon and shops.
It is located just 300 m from the beach, which can be reached directly in a few minutes on foot. Also, you can marvel at the underwater richness of one of the most beautiful lagoons on the island.
Originally, it was a large house dating from the 1970s. Over time, the complex has undergone several phases of improvement and now consists of two entirely separate renovated parts.
The Kaz Zevi is located on the first floor of the building which will be entirely dedicated to you.
Particular care has been taken in its decoration on the theme of "Zevi", a tree present in the Creole courtyard, decoration which is available in its color palette.
All of the fitting out and furnishing work was carried out by passionate local craftsmen and artists. Some equipment is also handmade products from Reunion Island.
And to immerse yourself a little more in Creole culture, the paintings present were made by graphic designers, photographers or illustrators from Reunion.
Inside, its three bedrooms are relatively spacious and comfortable, with storage space and air conditioners.
On the sleeping side, two of the bedrooms have double beds in queen size beds (160).
The third bedroom has two single beds (90) which can, if desired, be pushed together to form a large double bed (180).
The day area is very sunny, it hosts a large living room where the dining area is open to a fully equipped kitchen.
This beautiful and large living room also has an indoor living room equipped with a sofa with flat screen Tv.
The outdoor space consists of a comfortable green veranda that will invite you to share good times together.
And if you go around the terrace, you may have the chance to taste the fruits of the garden depending on the season. Because you will find some local species there such as banana trees, a soursop tree and of course the Zévi!

Before Validating Your Reservation:

Note that this is the top of a villa and that people occupy the ground floor of the house for a professional activity.
The entrance, the terrace and the accommodation, however, remain entirely independent and are not shared with other people.
For your privacy and comfort, they are entirely reserved for you.

Please also note that the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
Parties and guest receptions are strictly prohibited.
Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, deductions automatically apply to the deposit.

A parking space is provided for your vehicle. A visitor car park also offers a few places nearby.

On request and free of charge, we can provide a cot, a high chair and a baby bath (subject to availability)
