Peaceful Mountain Retreat w/Large Game Room by Lake

Nestled in the quiet town of Green Valley Lake this beautifully remodeled 1700 sq ft, three story cabin was designed to entertain families and friends. The cabin is walking distance to the lake, playground, hiking trails and nearby slopes for sledding. The home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with a large game room and wrap around deck. The home is equipped with everything you need for your mountain getaway.
*One pet per stay.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook, prep and eat with including bake ware and a Keurig machine with initial complimentary pods and creamer. Should you wish to enjoy more of the outdoors during your stay, there is a propane grill on the deck with a picnic table where you can cook, eat your meals and enjoy the Southern California good weather.

DINING:
The home features a six person dining table which is located near the fireplace.

GAME ROOM:
The game room is surely to be loved by all with a new smart TV which allows you to log into your Netflix, Hulu or Disney plus accounts for movies, gaming or music. A comfy new Ashley couch, various board games, foosball table, ping pong table, and indoor basketball game will surely keep you and your guests entertained for hours.

BEDROOMS:
To ensure your stay is enjoyable, all bedrooms have brand new mattresses, pillows and bedding. The master bedroom features a Cal King bed with a view of the mountains and a designated work space with high speed wifi throughout the home. The second bedroom features both a full size bed and twin bed. The third bedroom features a Queen size bed with access to the wrap around deck.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking, No Illegal Drugs, No Parties or Events. No Food in the bedrooms.

Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. Booking guest agrees to communicate to the host the accurate number of guests prior to arrival.

SNOW:
The cabin is only a few minutes from Snow Valley Ski Resort, Snow Drift Snow Tubing Park, and Rim Nordic Cross Country Skiing. (The location of this home is very popular for skiing/sledding during the winter months as it sits across the street from an old ski hill which is no longer in use.)

IN THE WINTER, when rainy, icy, or snowy conditions exist, all decks, stairs, sidewalks, walkways, and roads can be slippery. Please exercise caution while walking or driving under these conditions.
While they do frequently plow the roads, chains are mandatory for driving in these conditions, and 4-wheel drive is recommended.
Make sure to park your car(s) in the driveway so that you do not block snowplow access. Doing so can result in expensive tickets and/or having your car towed. Our driveway is able to fit 2 cars. Monitor weather conditions closely when visiting this cabin during the winter.

Please note, we do have security cameras outside of the home. Since we do not live at this location full time, this allows us to ensure trash has been picked up, cleaners/maintenance people have cleaned prior to your stay and during the winter whether we need to hire a snow plow service to clear the paths for guests. There are 4 exterior cameras (NO indoor cameras). Cameras are motion activated and record video with no sound.
