The unit itself was very nice, getting up and down the elevators was a bit of a pain

Very nice unit, the town is very difficult to drive around in lots of traffic circles difficult to find your way around town. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our Stay!

We loved our stay even though it was just for a weekend to enjoy the Autumn colors. The condo had everything we wanted including being able to use the gas grill on the deck.

Great location for skiing Beaver Creek

Wife and kids enjoyed this spacious condo in Chapel Square for Xmas vacation. Restaurants downstairs, on the Avon Skier Bus route, warm garage. Fantastic place and we will definitely rent again.

Great Family Condo in Avon

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was close to Vail, Eagle, Edwards, and everywhere we needed to be. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and the convenience of a washer dryer was amazing with kids.

Great condo for a ski weekend for 4 people. Beds were super comfortable. Loved that it was so close to shops and restaurants. There were no extra towels or toiletries in the unit though...

Wonderful condo, great location, everything you need on vacation with your family

The furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Good water pressure in the showers and big towels. Within walking distance to grocery store, drug store, restaurants, sporting good stores and a bar. On Thursday nights in the summer, you can walk over to the Beavercreek rodeo. The washer and dryer were also an added bonus.

Great location, clean place

Stayed here with a couple friends for a few days. The location is wonderful. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The master bedroom has a king size bed that was decent. Unfortunately the two queen size mattresses in the other bedroom are very uncomfortable. The place was very clean. However it’s located directly above a Chinese restaurant so the place smelled like Chinese food the entire time. The unit was well equipped with everything you need. We were skiing the entire trip so didn’t spend much time at the apartment so it worked out for us. I think I would stay again since the price is very reasonable.

New Years Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect size and bed set up for our family of 5. Cozy fireplace & spacious master. I wish the property had been a bit cleaner (food in fridge, some clothing found under bed & a few other small things). However, we will DEFINITELY come back and stay again at this same property. It was the perfect New Years ski trip to Beaver Creek with our family!

We apologize for you not finding the unit as clean as expected, no excuse but we used a new housekeeper and sorry for the inconvenience. However we generally do leave some condiments in the frig, so not sure what was left. Glad that you will return. Thank you Debbie

Great Avon condo!

Clean, updated, well-stocked. Washer/dryer had detergent & dryer sheets, kitchen had extra paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Bedrooms are spacious, living room is a little snug. Good location. Skier shuttle is just across the parking lot. Only once did we notice the smell of the restaurants below. Property manager was super helpful & quick to respond. Would stay here again.

In summary, the place is fine but the price is very high for the type of place, it does not have amenities and the sauna did not work. In my opinion, I would not return to that place

Great Location

Walls are thin, could hear the TV blasting from the neighbors, one night until 11:30pm, and started again at 6:00am, very frustrating! The mattresses in both rooms could use replacing too, we felt like we were sleeping in a taco! Also recommend adding bus instructions on how to get to BC.

Great location and perfect for us

Condo suited us perfectly, two BR + 2 baths. Comfortable and reasonably equipped. No kitchen table but bar worked for us. We were just 2 single friends. We were short pans, but owner provided new pans right away when we requested them. Also appreciated allowing us to check in early and stay an extra hour due to our flight timing. So nice to be near restaurants, grocery store, bus stop. Condo entry details were not provided until on the spot at the door. Thankfully was able to reach owner/manager right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Another week stay in Avon

There is no dining/breakfast table, but for this trip it was fine. We set the temperature at 66 but always warms. Kinda hard to punch numbers to get the garage. Elevator went out and we could not get in via stairwells for about an hour, then some one said they jammed the stair locked doors open and we got in. The unit was very good as one would expect in a good location.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this Chapel Square condo with suited the needs of our family of 5 well. The unit is well situated with bus stop for skiers across the parking lot and the City Market grocery store right across the street. If you care to eat in, the unit's kitchen is well stocked for cooking or there are a variety of nice restaurants within walking distance. During the afternoons/evenings, the condo became a little warm but the temp can be regulated using the main room's air conditioner. Parking in the garage was not possible since we had a Thule roof rack on top of our car but leaving the car in the retail lot out from was not a problem. Since we skied all day, the retail below the unit was not an issue. Nice unit.

The unit advertises that it has a gas fireplace, however it does not work but I paid for it. The manager/owner should have informed me of that. A fireplace is a well-used and appreciated amenity when renting a place in the mountains. The smoke alarms went off each time I cooked and I wasn't burning anything. Then the smoke alarm began chirping as it does when the batteries are low. I emailed management and got no response, so I figured it out myself.

We are very sorry for not notifying you in advance of your Sunday night instant booking for next day, Monday, arrival, as the fireplace control had just went back on Saturday and we was hoping to have repair people come early in the week. and unfortunately was not able to schedule them. You inquired about a jacuzzi on the property and I replied but there was no mention about the smoke alarms. We apologize for any inconvenience. Debbie

Great vacation rental

This was a great condo. There’s a variety of restaurants, shops and a grocery store all within walking distance. Ski resort can be easily walked to. Unfortunately we arrived the night before the ski resorts shut down due to Covid-19. So we can’t say how that resort was. But others are also close enough to drive to. Condo was cleaned and very well stocked. I was surprised to find spices, condiments, etc. Our only complaint - and its really not much - is that the unit stayed warm. We never had to turn the heat on and actually contemplated turning on the a/c to cool it down. It stayed around 75 without anything on. You can open the balcony doors to cool it off. Sometimes you smell the food below cooking when the doors are open but it was not an unpleasant smell. The rental agent - Debbie Darough - was very responsive to any questions I sent. We would definitely consider renting here again!
