Exklusives 2-Morgen Berg-Retreat - Spa, Kamin aus Stein, Klimaanlage, Spielzimmer, 5 Sterne!

This review appears retaliatory and was posted after we documented a serious house-rule violation and submitted an honest review of this guest. Following checkout, marijuana and a pipe were found inside a bedroom nightstand, accompanied by a strong marijuana odor. This violated the property’s signed no-drug and no-smoking agreement. The guest denied responsibility, and the inaccurate claims in this review followed. For clarification, the home is situated on a two-acre parcel, exactly as advertised. Neighboring properties beyond the parcel boundaries do not change its acreage. The home also has central air conditioning throughout, plus an additional unit in the upstairs primary suite. The guest never reported that the home was excessively hot, never raised an air-conditioning concern, and never informed us that they intended to leave early. Had any concern been communicated during the stay, we would have promptly addressed it. We maintain photographs, inspection records, and written correspondence documenting the circumstances surrounding this stay.
