The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and two doors that lead you onto a furnished terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenic views.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals and a dining table where you can dine with your loved ones.

There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double and a single bed and are complete with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

You'll find a free parking 50 meters next to the house.

Montévrain is a vibrant neighbourhood located in the Île-de-France region of France, just east of Paris. It is renowned for being home to the popular tourist destination of Disneyland Paris. Montévrain is known for its well-planned urban development, featuring contemporary architecture and a range of housing options. The area boasts numerous parks and green spaces, providing residents and visitors with opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities. Montévrain also offers a variety of amenities, such as shopping centres, restaurants, and entertainment venues. With its proximity to Disneyland Paris, visitors can easily access the theme park and enjoy its magical experience. Additionally, Montévrain benefits from excellent transportation links, making travelling to and from other parts of Paris convenient.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Mairie, is just a 2-minute walk. Disneyland is accessible by 15 min of bus, and train stations for Paris at 45 min.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
