Located in L'Hermitage-Les-Bains, less than 5 minutes walk from the lagoon considered the most beautiful on the island, La Kaz Endemik invites you to a journey through the cultural and plant components of Réunion.
At the foot of the Mafate cirque, which is part of the Unesco World Heritage Site, and on the edge of the Indian Ocean, a stay rich in discoveries about the flora, fauna and history of the island awaits you in the shade of endemic trees, and lulled by the trade winds!

Classified as a 4-star tourist accommodation, the Kaz Endémik has been designed to provide you with maximum comfort during your stay.
Inside, you can park your vehicle, and a visitor parking offers some spaces nearby.
The garden, with trees and flowers, welcomes you to discover part of the endemic flora of Réunion.
You may have the chance to taste the garden's fruits depending on the season.
A private swimming pool will allow you to relax in complete tranquillity.
Under its large covered terrace, which extends to a wooden deck, you can relax, have an aperitif, and enjoy Reunionese gastronomy.
The living area is organised around the kitchen.
Tastefully decorated, it invites you to dream and explore the primary forest of Bélouve.
The kitchen is furnished and equipped, both with household appliances and small equipment. A Tv library lounge completes the ensemble.
A play area featuring a table football and a ping-pong table for the great pleasure of young and old.
The ground floor Indian bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and an Indian storage unit. It has its own Italian-style shower. The separate toilets are located nearby.
The double Chinese and European bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a single bed, a storage cupboard added to the antique Chinese furniture. It has 2 bathrooms with Italian-style showers, and a toilet.
As an annex to the accommodation, a studio with a third independent bedroom, has a Queen size bed, and has its own Italian-style shower and toilet. The studio has a storage cupboard and opens onto a small vegetated terrace.

Before Validating Your Booking:

Please note that this is a ground floor villa and people live on the upper floor of the house. However, the entrance, terrace, garden, swimming pool and accommodation remain entirely independent and are not shared with other people. For your privacy and comfort, they are entirely reserved for you.

This accommodation is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility (prm).

Unheated pool but still largely usable for most of the year depending on the weather.
Equipped with a security alarm. Dimensions: 3.20m x 3.20m.

For your safety, a video surveillance system is installed at the external entrances. No private space is filmed.

For the comfort of toddlers, the accommodation has a baby bed, a high chair and a baby bathtub.

Please note that the accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 07 people.
Any organisation of parties, guest receptions or events is strictly prohibited.
Professional photo reports and video shoots are possible only under conditions.
Necessity to contact us in advance to obtain authorisation.
Animals not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, retentions will automatically apply to the deposit.
For the deposit, we use the Swikly service, an extra-secure solution, which simply allows you to deposit your deposit online, by bank card imprint, without debit or impact on your ceiling.

To note finally the presence of a road passing nearby which can cause some nuisances. The traffic mainly takes place during the day and significantly decreases at night, thus reducing night-time disturbances.

Otherwise it consists of the main house including:
- Its Indian bedroom (blue) + bathroom for 2 people (with a 160 bed)
- Its double Chinese bedroom (yellow) + double bathroom for 2 to 3 people (with 1 160 bed + 1 additional bed)
It also has an adjoining studio with:
- Its African bedroom (red) + bathroom for 2 people (with a 160 bed)

According to the number of travellers participating in the stay, here are the possible options at the time of booking:
- Up to 5 people: you will have the main villa with 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom + 1 double bedroom)
- Beyond 5 people: you will have both the villa and the adjoining studio (with 1 additional bedroom).
Special case: if you are only 5 people (or fewer) and you wish to enjoy the adjoining studio for your comfort, this is entirely possible.
Please specify this at the time of your booking so that we can give you access to it. An additional charge will then be requested during your booking.
