The Cocoon Villa - 200 m from the beach by foot

Welcome to our family villa - The Cocoon Villa - elegant private villa of 260 m2 without vis-a-vis, very comfortable and spacious for 10 people 200 m from the beach by foot.

The vast living room of more than 95 m2 extends naturally onto an exotic wood terrace where the 10-meter-long swimming pool is sublimated by a Mediterranean garden. It is a quiet and secure environment, a real place of conviviality or to meet with family or friends.

In the villa, 4 bedrooms all air-conditioned and well decorated :

- the parent suite on the pool side has a 180x200 bed, a dressing room, a private bathroom and toilet
- the 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a private bathroom and toilet
- the 3rd bedroom, two 140x180 beds and a private bathroom and toilet
- then the 4th bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 a private bathroom and toilet

- toilet in the entrance for guests

A very spacious and ventilated living room with flat screen TV. The Internet access is free (WiFi).

The fully equipped kitchen and the living room open onto the terrace.

Garden: A private outdoor area (equipped with garden furniture + dining table & chairs + heated swimming pool - petanque court and ping pong table). Pool house with pizza oven and plancha.

We attach great importance to the welcome of our guests, it is done by Martine, a warm and endearing local.

There are 2 parking spaces available.

Sheets and towels are provided (except beach towels).
The beds will be made on your arrival.

Minimum booking of 7 nights.

No pets allowed.

Mandatory cleaning fee € 150 at the end of the stay.

Ashtrays are available outside the house. We ask you not to smoke in the house so that the next vacationers do not have the inconvenience of the smell.
