The Birkdale Floorplan greets you with the Master Bedroom Suite which offers a Comfortable King Size Bed, Walk-in Closet and a linen closet. There is a large En-Suite bath with a Walk-In Shower.
The guest bedroom hosts a Queen size bed and a generous closet - located just steps away from the 2nd Full Bathroom. The Open concept living room flows nicely with the kitchen and dining space. The 1st floor views of the Golf Course & Lake Babcock are second to none. Catch the incredible Sunsets views while relaxing out on the rear screened Lanai.* Good To Know Info: The Terrace Condos offer an Elevator as well as an outdoor Storage Closet for each Unit, which is located just across the hall from your front door. There is plenty of guest parking and one assigned parking space under the carport for your unit. The Babcock National Amenities includes a 18 Hole Golf Course Designed by Gordon Lewis, a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Multiple Tennis & Pickle ball Courts, Resort Style Pool, Lap Lane Pool and Hot Tub / Spa. There is also a Tiki Bar & Grill, State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Outdoor Yoga Lawn, Steam Sauna and Day Spa, all for your use. The Babcock National Lifestyle Coordinator is on site daily and plans weekly Community Social Activities & Food Trucks for all of the residents to enjoy.
