Our house "the sea", is located between ocean (less than 3 km) and forest (close to the house). The garden of 800 m2 is a haven of freshness in summer thanks to the pines of the Landes, oak and cork oaks. Inside-outside facilitated by the terrace and the large windows of the living room.
A bathroom in each room... Convenient on the way back from the beach.
Close to the entertainment of the Gaillou (quad, equestrian center, tennis, arenas etc.) and passage of the shuttle of the beaches (free).



The house built in 2010 partly in wood is about 80 m2 on two levels. On the ground floor, the living room of 40 m2 is composed of a kitchen equipped with dining table and 6 chairs. On the garden side is the TV corner with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. The coating is waxed concrete.

Upstairs: The WC, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 2m) and a dormitory with 4 bunk beds (90 cm x 2m). Rooms open onto a balcony. Each room is equipped with a bathroom (with shower and sink).
