The private backyard is a relaxing stay, tucked away in north Murfreesboro and just a few miles to the Nashville Speedway, Tennessee Miller Coliseum, the VA Hospital, Cedars of Lebanon State Park, and Richard Siegel Soccer Park. This property is located in the cul-de-sac of a subdivision on the outskirts of town between Murfreesboro, Mount Juliet, and Lebanon, TN. Very easy access to I-840 and within 45 minutes of downtown Nashville, Opryland, Nashville Shores, Nashville BNA airport, etc. Downtown Murfreesboro is 15-20 minutes away.

Perfect for a quick trip

We were in town for a wedding and this home was the closest to the venue. We do not regret booking. The location is perfect and close by restaurants and stores. We recommend this home to anyone!

Perfect cottage!

We were so pleased with Fall Creek Cottage! The location was perfect and not too far to drive for shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was clean. Beds were comfortable with the right level of firmness. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Triple crown of rodding base house

We went to the triple crown of rodding so this was really close to the Nashville speedway. Only minutes away. Clean, no smell, a/c worked well, plenty of hot water. I would stay again if it’s available.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Had a great stay in this comfy cottage. Great location, right on the river and close to shopping/restaurants/attractions. We spent time at Percy Priest Lake, in Nashville and Murfreesboro, all are a short drive. My grandkids loved fishing off the bank right behind the house too! The house is very well equipped with everything you could need, the beds are super comfy and our hosts were great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful backyard

We needed to stay close to local family and this location achieved that. The house is cute with a great kitchen and gorgeous view outside. Our only issue is that the mattresses in all 3 rooms are very firm. That was a bit of a challenge for some of the group.

We were disappointed. The neighborhood was not what we expected or were prepared to stay. The neighborhood was run down. There were a lot of houses with tall grass, cars parked in yards, tires stacked in next door driveway. The back patio was dirty and patio cushions were moldy and dirty. The living room had a dart board with holes in the wall.

Perfect get away.

This is an awesome home! The neighborhood is very quiet and located out of the hustle and bustle of Nashville. It only took us about 30-40 minutes to get to the grand ol opry. The property itself is very clean and well maintained and is equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Lots to do within an hours drive... we had a great time!!!

Great stay, as advertised

Good clean property. If you like the pics and description, you will not be disappointed. Only drawback for us (aware of before renting) is distance/time it takes to get to main roads and areas but comes with location. If you don't mind a little extra driving, not a big deal. Good host and immediately responsive.

Travel insurance is highly recommended when you plan for your trip. We love hosting folks who come for events such as racing, soccer, graduations, and weddings to name just a few, and have seen quite a few times where the dates and times have changed due to weather etc. Please check on coverage with your credit card company or purchase an individual policy when making your travel plans.
