Big and Cozy Cabin Near Nashville, on 4 acres with King Bed & Pool

Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city, yet still just a short drive away. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cabin home on 4 acres while you enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of nature right outside your door. Sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair on the wrap around porch, tell ghost stories around the big fire pit, escape the heat in the large pool (* Seasonal* open May through September), or simply enjoy a change of scenery while working remotely. This cabin home is small enough to feel cozy, yet big and spacious enough for 8. The casita is situated about 300 ft. behind the cabin and sleeps 2 with a full size bed. Please note, the casita has an extra $50 cleaning fee and there is an extra occupancy fee of $50 per guest, per night past 6 guests. Also note that there is no restroom in the casita and only used as an extra sleeping space.

Located about 6-10 miles from most major shopping and restaurants. Again, far enough to escape, yet close enough to be convenient! We are also very close to a number of outdoor activities including Bryant Grove Recreation Area and Boat Ramp, so bring your boats and RV's, we have room to park them!

Located in a quiet country neighborhood mixed with giant estates and humble homes. Enjoy the frequent sightings of deer and wild turkey on your drive here. Please keep in mind that we are more in the country and you will likely encounter some wildlife and bugs on your journey (All part of the experience!).

You are free to explore the property but please use caution as the nearly 2 acres of wooded area in the back has no marked trails and terrain can be unpredictable, so enter at your own risk! Also please wear pants, close toed shoes, and use bug spray to protect against bugs including mosquitos and ticks! Please use caution in general and watch your step when exploring any part of the property. We want you to enjoy your stay but safety is our number one priority.

- Absolutely NO SMOKING, including VAPING, HOOKAH, CIGARS, and MARIJUANA in the house. Not only is this a safety hazard, but smoke smell is extremely hard to remove and you will be charged an additional cleaning fee to deep clean linens and couches.
- No illegal substances allowed on the property
- NO unregistered guests allowed on the property
- Although we are animal lovers, please no animals in the house.
- Although we are out in the country and we want you to have a good time, please still be mindful of neighbors and exercise quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
- Pool Rules - No diving, No running, No glass, No food, NEVER leave children unattended. Keep gate closed and locked when not in use. Swim at own risk, host is not responsible for injury or death due to slips, falls, injury or death on property, including the pool and fire pit.
- Fire pit is available for registered guests only. Please use caution and discretion with fire. Please supervise children and do not leave them unattended around the fire pit. Please do not leave fire burning unattended and keep it at a manageable and responsible size. NO BONFIRES.
- Please clean up and throw the trash in the dumpster outside before checking out. Don't forget to do a final sweep of your belongings, including chargers.
- Please use the sink strainers in the kitchen and dump any food in the trash as there is no garbage disposal.
- Please leave used dishes in the dishwasher before checking out.
- Please leave used towels in the bathroom hamper before checking out
- Please use black towels to remove makeup to prevent staining white towels.
- No guest access to garage or barn
