Come and discover our little corner of paradise which is located on the 4th and last floor with elevator in a recent residence in the Alpine Gardens district.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the leisure center and the new Pontillas lift. Commerce and rental 40m away.
This 40m² accommodation will be ideal for accommodating a family of 5 to 7 people. However, it is equipped with 9 beds allowing you to organize yourself as you wish.

Located in the corner of the building, you will not lack light.

We give you the option of also renting an additional closed box to possibly store the bikes there this summer. Allow ten euros per day

You will find:

A closed bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200.
(Possibility of putting a travel cot which is available free of charge)

A sleeping area with three single 80 x 190 bunk beds.

A living room with a Rapido convertible sofa with a real 140 x 190 mattress and a mezzanine with two single beds 80 x 190 (access prohibited for children under 10 years old)

A fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fondue and raclette machine, toaster, baby chair to install on a chair)

A dining area with a table with two extensions.

An entrance with numerous coat racks and shoe storage.

Two balconies.

A ski locker on the ground floor.

Important information:

Sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats are not provided. However, they are available as an option with our Concierge.

A deposit will be requested before your arrival and will be returned to you a few days after your departure.
