This modern, fully-equipped flat offers a comfortable living room, 2 well-appointed bedrooms, a small mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds (ideal for older children as access can be complicated for young children - stairs not adapted but with safety barrier). This mezzanine opens onto the ground floor bedroom and has blackout curtains. Functional kitchen and bright living room. Our rental in Arcachon is an ideal base from which to explore this charming seaside resort. It is located in a quiet area.
The flat does not have an exterior but due to its privileged location, the street in front of the flat overlooks the beach, you can take advantage of the beach to have a picnic, there are also the terraces of restaurants which are next door and the park Mauresque 10 minutes walk where you will find games for children.
If you wish to hire bicycles, we have a special secure storage area.
The basement bedroom has an opening onto a private, gated path.

If you are coming by train, the station is a 13-minute walk away.
On-street parking is available for a fee, or you can park your car in a covered car park for a fee.
