never forget from the large balcony or the white sand beach! Condo has been totally remodeled with all new luxury furnishings . This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the 9th floor in Ocean Sands condominium on Madeira Beach with a spectacular view of the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo has everything you need to live the beach life while on your vacation ! The Gulf Front balcony has large sliders in the master and the living room. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the second bedroom has a king and queen . The condo has all new appliances including washer and dryer, large flat screen TV in the living room , master and roku tv in second bedroom and wireless internet. Kitchen has an island with seating and open concept to view the gulf while cooking . Minimum rental period is 14 nights max of 6 adults.
Great location to everything . Lots of restaurants/bars/grocery store/CVS/ within walking distance. Johns pass is about a mile and 1/2 stroll on the beach . Parking spot included with rental that is main level next to elevator . No car is needed as we have recommendation for ride to TPA or PIE airports and the condo is on the trolley stop .
Towels , beach 🏖 chairs , basic essential supplies provided along with beach tent , cart, and more . Kitchen is equipped with high end cookware and everything you need (coffee pot, keurig , blender , toaster etc )

Beautiful piece of Paradise

We had a wonderful month in the Sun at this beautifully updated condo watching the sunsets and the dolphins swimming by. The condo was well stocked with supplies and the accommodations were perfect.

Amazing Condo and Owner.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks in Kris’ amazing condo. The condo had been completely renovated, and beautifully decorated. It had a most wonderful state of the art modern kitchen and hidden washer/dryer combo, extremely comfortable bedrooms and living areas, great tv and wifi service and fantastic bathrooms and showers. Its marvellous ocean front balcony, well sheltered from any wind and warmed by the sun, on even cool days, was complete with comfortable sturdy high wooden chairs and a table perfect for enjoying drinks, reading, beach action and sunsets. The condo is complete with all the kitchenware, and kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies and other needs, and more, that you would hope to have in a long stay condo. The balcony closet contains many beach chairs and an umbrella, a carting wagon and other play accessories for enjoying time on the beach. Access to the beach for walks, sunbathing and play is secure, easy and direct. The complex is very secure with locked access to the building, a large pool and hot tub, and a shuffleboard court. Most importantly, the owner, Kris, is amazing to deal with, quick to answer and help with any questions. We absolutely loved everything about the condo and definitely plan to return. Thanks Kris!

Ocean Sands Madeira Beach

We stayed for 2 weeks, end of August 2022. Property was in perfect condition when we arrived. Fully stocked with the essentials, and really clean. The unit was recently renovated and felt like new. Easy check in and quick response from owner. Location for us is great. Right on the beach, very large clean outdoor pool. All amenities, grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants are within walking distance. Great for families with children or anyone looking to relax. I would highly recommend this unit and location to anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Rating 10 out of 10 all around.

BOOK IT - You won't regret it!

We travel to Madeira Beach yearly, but this was our first time staying at this location and we were absolutely not disappointed. The condo is absolutely breathtaking and the view is even better! All of the reno/upgrades make this unit top notch. It was so comfortable and inviting. The owner has put a lot of thought into even the smallest details, and it shows. I was amazed by the full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, laundry/,dish soap, wagon/beach equipment conveniently located on balcony- it was very thoughtful and appreciated. The location couldn't be better. The security of the property was also top notch and eased this mom of 3's mind. My kids loved the pool and I could keep a close watch from the hot tub right next to it. The parking spot was spacious and the proximity to the entrance was great with kids, groceries, etc. The bed was probably the best I've slept in. Kris was great to work with and always very responsive. We have definitely found our new home away from home and I strongly encourage anyone to stay here!

Fantastic host and property

This host and property was so amazing I wish I could give them 6 stars. You could eat off the floor. You can tell the cleaning lady takes just as much pride into cleaning this place as if it is her own place. If you are looking for a great place to stay look no further. When you walk into this updated from top to bottom condo you feel like you are home. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The beds were amazing and so was the living room furniture. She provides you will everything you need from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, salt and pepper, oil, coffee filters - she spared no expense. After we couldn’t believe the inside we walk out in to the deck and just like inside the out door furniture was amazing. The chairs were high so you had an unobstructed view of the ocean and they were so comfortable. There were enough chairs for 6 people and two tables. I had to work on vacation and there were outlets outside so I could plug my laptop in and work while I watched and listen to the ocean. Then you look inside the outdoor closet to find everything you need for a day at the beach. Nice and comfy beach chairs, umbrella, a canopy, a cooler, a back pack, noodles, boogie board and a wagon to put everything in so you do t have to make multiple trips. This host has thought of everything you need. If you are looking for a place to stay and you come across this property look no further. I will adjust my vacation if I have to in order to stay in this condo. The place is beautiful but the host is even better. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us and making us feel so welcomed.

Great Stay!

Excellent accommodations. The condo was fully stocked with all the needed items, and then some. Comfortable beds, all the beach essentials, newly renovated, beautiful condo right on the beach with a great view on the balcony. We loved watching pelicans diving in the water in the morning and saw many dolphins. The pool was clean and never crowded (May). We would book this condo again. It did not disappoint in any way. My husband and I have been coming down to Madeira Beach for 10 years. We have stayed at the building we bought in numerous times over the year and love it. Great area, quiet and the view is amazing. We are having the unit completely updated starting in mid August but will have it available for rent until then. We have stayed here about a month and its very comfortable and has everything we need . Once it is finished in November will update the photos and rates.
