Villa Tchanquée du Bassin

Villa Tchanquée is air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms ( one bed 160 and one bed 140) on the ground floor, one of which has access to a terrace, a shower room, a separate toilet and a large living room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen for preparing tasty meals. On the 1st floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms with 2 140cm beds and a dormitory-style room for 6 people, a shower room and separate toilet. All bedrooms have storage space for your clothes. The outdoor area features a 6x3m swimming pool, 1.m35 deep throughout, and a roller shutter to close it off (unheated).
A large table that can seat 14 people, deckchairs and parasols. The garage is also available if you wish to store your bicycles. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles.

For greater comfort, this family villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults maximum.

We don't allow parties because, although the house is very quiet and out of sight, it is located on a housing estate. We don't allow parties at all. We've had quite a few problems in the past with certain tenants, and we've now made a real commitment to them to exercise the utmost vigilance.

The cleaning service includes the supply of hotel linen: sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, small and large towel, tea towel, bath mat, etc.

Swimming pool open from May to September.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
