The bottom floor efficiency can be entered by a ramp or steps. It is comprised of (BR1) an Ex. Long Twin bed and a Full size bed, a built-in cabinet with granite surface, a decorative fish hanger and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Enjoy the day's catch cooked on the grill while sitting under the shade of the upper deck. There is also an outdoor shower in the breezeway area. The driveway provides ample space for parking four vehicles. Venture up to the main second floor level to find outdoor seating in both the sun and shade, perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The front entrance reveals the spacious living area giving this home an open, airy feeling with varying color bursts in a modern coastal style theme and tile floors carried throughout the house. The inviting living room consists of a leather couch and matching accent chairs for watching movies on the wall mounted TV with cable and WIFI. There is also an Ex. long Twin bed in the living area.
