Diamond Pointe is a private home that offers an unrivaled lake experience for family and friend gatherings. *** please note 20 guests is the limit at all times. Limited availability to guests at only 70 nights of rentals/year, then the calendar is closed. This waterfront retreat features an extremely private setting with over 1100 feet of lake frontage and no other docks in sight. Guests can spread out among 7 bedroom spaces in addition to a loft, all of which will sleep 20 total people. Guests will also have access to 6 full bathrooms and 2 full kitchens. A towering stone fireplace serves as a focal point for the main living area which is an architectural highlight. The cabin feel and handcrafted wooden features take you into the mountains while remaining lakeside. The main living area also features extensive windows and natural lighting that brings the environment into the space. The large exterior deck provides wonderful lake views from the various seating areas or from the second level hot tub. The lower level includes an expansive den with space to accommodate family and friends with additional outside seating areas. There is also a billiards space, and a poker table area for various recreation preferences. The property features a circular driveway with space to park numerous vehicles including a full size Pickleball court.

There is a short walk with a slight grade to the private dock where you can park your own private watercraft or rent one from the house (if available) for an additional fee. The owner’s boat may be at the dock, but there is space on the other side for a rental or personal watercraft. The landing to launch a boat is right around the corner, less than 1/2 mile. Deep water and a perfectly situated property for sunrise views make this retreat among the most desirable on the lake. The property includes a kayak launch with 5 kayaks provided (3 adult, 2 child) in conjunction with the rental. Paddleboards are also available for an additional fee. In addition to being a secluded venue to enjoy the lake with your family and friends, the property is located within a protected shoreline area as defined by the Army Corps of Engineers including its designation as a bird sanctuary. As such, experienced birdwatchers as well as those that just enjoy the sounds of nature will find the area quite pleasant and natural. Local fishing charters are available. Not only is fishing and recreation on Lake Hartwell unmatched during the summer, the lake is also ranked as one of the top winter fishing destinations in the country (https://fishingbooker.com/blog/winter-fishing-destinations/). Guests travel only 23 miles to and from Clemson Football games and graduations while avoiding the main thoroughfares. This amazing home is easily accessible from I85 (Exit 4).

Diamond Pointe is privately owned and managed. We (owners/property managers) may be residing in a separate guest house on the grounds for at least a portion of your visit. The guest house is not connected to the main house in which you will be residing. We can be available to address questions or assist, but will leave you to enjoy your stay at Diamond Pointe otherwise. We look forward to providing an exceptional getaway for your group.
