- Comfortable lounge with smart TV
- Open, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher)
- This space opens onto the first, very sunny terrace.
- The bright veranda is arranged as a dining room for 6 people.
- The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm). Next to it: an adjoining shower (with WC) and additional storage.
- Separate WC completes the ground floor.

First Floor:

- In addition to large bay windows and beautiful natural light, you will also find:
- The master suite with a queen-size bed (160cm), smart TV, and an open bathroom.
- The second terrace allows you to enjoy every ray of sunshine.
- A large dressing room and separate WC complete the first-floor space.

Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surroundings will offer you a “village” atmosphere as you like them…

Within a 5-minute walk, access all the shops: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, hairdresser.

Do you want to go to the center of Cannes? Join the famous Croisette in 2 minutes walk, between the sea and the luxury boutiques, or take public transport thanks to the bus stops a few steps from your accommodation.

The Palais des Festivals is a 20-minute walk away.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
