Renting includes both the 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom residences. You have the option to rent the twin homes individually or together for larger group gatherings. Each home features a private entrance and terrace. Alternatively, the twin homes can be interconnected by unlocking a privacy gate on the main terrace, allowing seamless passage between the units, effectively creating one expansive beach house!
Combined, the homes boast 7 bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, and 5 full bathrooms and 2 half-bathrooms. The main living space and kitchen are located at street level. Two en-suite bedrooms are situated on this level, while three more en-suites are on the second floor, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms and laundry centers on the street level, adjacent to the garage. Guests of the lower bedrooms typically use the half-bathroom located off the living room.
Enjoy a beautiful private outdoor space for grilling and relaxation, just steps away from the main area. While vacationing, you may find the gourmet kitchen tempting enough to whip up a meal while soaking in the view of the central coast mountains.
