Perfect Lake House Getaway

Tucked away on a quiet street sits our beautiful lake house with views of Donnell Lake from across the street. Our house has been completely updated! Every room is freshly painted with new flooring throughout. Our property features swimming access to Donnell Lake (down the road), a new Weber Grill, pool table,ping pong top, foosball table and a bonfire pit.
2 hr drive from Chicago. Down the street from Dr. Lawless Dark Sky Park, Swiss Valley Ski & Snowboard Area, 45 min to Notre Dame Stadium, 9 min. To Diamond Lake Golf Course, 12 min. To downtown Cassopolis Stone Lake and beach, or go ice fishing on Donnell Lake! ! Horse-back riding nearby and 20 min from Four Winds Dowagiac!

The master bedroom offers a King bed, closet space, an 8 drawer dresser, and French doors leading to a sunroom that has a cozy day bed (full-size mattress). The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a walk in closet and storage drawers on the side of the platform bed. The sofa in the living room opens to a Queen pull out. The basement has brand new bunk beds with a pull-out trundle and an additional Queen air mattress is available.
The house is handicap accessible with two low profiles steps onto the deck and a walk in shower on the main floor.
Lake access is available down the road so bring your lake toys!
Outside is a large fire pit with chairs, outdoor patio furniture, and bags set (corn hole).
There are additional board games, blankets and pillows in the basement armoire. The basement also features a bar, a pool table, ping pong table top, and foosball table for fun indoor games!
Lastly we have new top loading GE washer and dryer.
