Direkt am Diamond Lake bietet dieses 3BR / 2BA Hause einen eingezäunten Garten, 70 'Pier, und Betten für 9. An der Westseite des Sees mit einem Bluff hinter sich lässt das Wasser ruhig, selbst an einem windigen Tag.
Diamant-See ist der größte Binnensee in SW Michigan (es hat ein Auto Fähre nach einer Wohn Insel). Diamond Lake ist der ideale Wasserski, Angeln oder See mit Booten, mit vielen Küstenlinie für interessante Sightseeing mit dem Boot. Und weil es so groß ist, ist es nur selten scheint mit Booten sogar an Sommerwochenenden überfüllt.

Diese 3BR / 2Bath (Duschen) Haus ist 2 Stunden von Chicago, 30 Minuten von South Bend, und 1 Stunde von Kalamazoo. MBR hat ein Queen Pillowtop, zweiten BR hat 2 Einzelbetten, hat dritte BR ein Doppelbett und ein Tagesbett mit Trundle, sowie ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Great Room. Great Room verfügt über 14 'Redwood Planke hoher Decke, Kamin und AC-Einheit an einem Ende, Küche auf der anderen. Hartholz-Fußboden. Sunporch blickt auf den See, mit umlaufende Terrasse darüber hinaus.

Es gibt eine Terrasse und "Sandkasten" (zum Sonnenbaden / Bon-Feuer) durch den See. Raum für vollyball zwischen Haus und See. Sandboden aus der Brust tief; Docking für 3 Boote. Heimat ist nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich. Turn-key eingerichtet, inklusive Bettwäsche, Grill, usw. Mehrere Golfplätze innerhalb von 15 Minuten (2 innerhalb von 2 Meilen).

We had a very peaceful wonder time here. We had a couple minor issues pop up, but Sue, the property manager, had someone there quickly to fix it.The view is spectacular! Loved sitting in the 4 seasons room drinking my coffee. A very well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The ensuite off the master bedroom was a treat! Our dog l9ved having free reign of the fenced in backyard. Our grandson loved playing in the water/sand/yard. The boat dock was perfect for our boat. We had a fabulous time!**The lake is very shallow in places. There are bouys marking those spots. We found out the hard way.

The back yard is lush and green. Well manicured. Perfect size for volleyball and other games. The view from the sun room and back deck are beautiful. Fully fenced in for dogs. Clean, private beach area with clean sandy lake bottom. Very gradual depth. Perfect for toddlers and kids. Clean place with nice neighbors. A couple of kayaks would have been a bonus. Great experience!

Always love coming back

We enjoy this cottage so much. Love drinking coffee on the deck while watching the sun come up over the lake. We love coming back every time. The cottage is right on the water. Just hop right in the boat. The fenced in yard is great for our dogs. The fireplace is cozy for cooler nights.

Lovely lake house.

The house and yard were perfect for our needs. The house had everything we needed and my pups loved the yard. Beware of the steps. Unpacking and packing is a little bit like an olympic sport ;) the steps down to the cottage.

Perfect for family. Exceeded expectations.

Texans visiting daughter in Michigan. The house was cozy and perfect for our needs for our stay. Had everything we needed for cooking/ cleaning already in the house. My son was immediately ecstatic about the yard and of course the lake with the little beach area. The chilly water didn’t deter him from walking around gathering shells. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and enjoying the changing colors. It’s an older house. So things don’t look brand new. But that adds to the charm of the home for me. I messaged back and forth with the owner, not even thinking I should message with the property manager. And despite him dealing with the hurricane down in Florida, he responded to me each time. I can’t recommend this property enough. Or thank the owner enough. The whole experience was perfect.

Fun Family Vacation on the Lake!

The home worked great for our ten person, three family group. ( Grandparents, kids, and grandchildren) It had all necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The yard and lakefront were perfect! The whole family enjoyed boating, swimming, bon fires, and playing in the sandy beach. We would definitely like to return.

April hiking trip

Very spacious. Great setting on large, quiet lake. Good response from property manager. (Some expected soap products were not available when we arrived but soon provided by property mgr.) Comfortable bed. Previous occupants did a terrible job of washing the dishes. (For example, there was grit inside coffee cups.) There was food debris in silverware drawer and on some of the kitchen cabinet shelves.

Very Relaxing and Quiet

Great 3 day getaway. Very nice people at the near by Marina offered to let us use the fishing boat for free for the remainder of our stay aftter he first 2 days of rental, unfortunately we were leaving the next day. Cottage was cozy and all amenities we needed were provided. Only advice would be to use a little less scented room fresheners. Some rooms had 2-3 and was very strong. Thanks David!

October Stay

Not fancy, but very quaint, clean and comfortable older cabinish feel. Kitchen very accommodating. Just bring your eats. Bedrooms are nice size and comfortable. Sun porch is comfortable for watching the sun come up or just to sit and watch activity on the lake. Fenced yard is bonus for your fur baby or little humans. Loved sitting by the fire at night on the lake shore watching the moon rise. It shined on the lake waters as if the lake was on stage. Beautiful! Great piece of property and nice location on the lake. Nice sandy little beach and large yard which was wonderful. We had a great time! House is a definitely a cottage inside which is cool, wonderful A/C for those hot days. The only thing that would have made it better was a bit of dusting and updating the inside to help those of us who had allergies, but hey, it’s the lake! We went outside most of the time anyway.

Comfortable and quaint. Everyone enjoyed being there. Just be sure you can manage steps down to the house. Nice yard for kids and dogs to play in. If you want to take a boat ride, bring your own boat or rent one at the marina nearby.

Second time

This is a great property. which is why we came back a year later. The photos tell an accurate story. The location right on the lake was great for just sitting and enjoying the view, especially the two swans who came every afternoon to preen themselves by the dock. We particularly liked the comfortable sofas and chairs, and the interesting selection of books is a nice thing for a rainy day. Breakfast at the Broadway cafe in Cassopolis was a real pleasure.

Sunrises are the best on Diamond Lake

Everything was great. Cottage was cleaned very well. Just us and our 2 puppies stayed for two wonderful weeks. We ventured into town and discovered the next Saturday was a vintage car and coffee show. We went and had a great time. We had a great breakfast at the Broadway Cafe. Great burgers and ice cream from The Twirl. Looking forward to next year!
