Spacious House for Beach Getaway - Outdoor Shower -Beach Pass Included!

Just finished - an outdoor shower!

Beautiful, spacious house, just renovated, with plenty of parking! Just 2.8 miles from the beach (parking pass included), perfect for families or a group of friends that want to enjoy the beach and come back to a house to spread out and relax!

House offers a yard, outdoor grill, indoor bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

While downstairs, enjoy the 16'x24' living room with 16' ceilings, 55" TV, bar area, and foosball table, while guests relax in the separated den or kitchen. Guests can also go into the finished basement complete with a sectional couch (which contains a pull out bed) to watch TV and/or sleep on one of the two twin beds (trundle bed).

Upstairs, the large master bedroom (one queen bed) shares a deck with Guest Room #1 (two twin beds) that overlooks Ninigret Pond and the Ocean! Guest Room #2 contains one bunk bed. The Master Bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and both guestrooms share a separate bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub.

In addition to the upstairs deck shared by the master and guest room, you will find a large deck that wraps around two sides of the house, perfect to entertain on after a beach day.

Note: this home is located immediately off of Post Road (Route 1), high up on a hill. While you have complete visual privacy, you are able to hear cars as they pass by.

While pillows and blankets are provided, guests are asked to bring their own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. However, I do a fully equipped linen closet; if a guest forgets linens, feel free to use mine but please wash and return.
