Stratton BnB is all about location, right in the center of the breathtaking Stratton Village & walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the lifts! As close to Ski-in/out as you will get! This newly renovated condo has features to keep you comfortable no matter the season with its plush pullout sofa, a full granite countertop chef's kitchen for a quiet and relaxing night of dining with the family, among others. This magnificent corner unit has both southern and western sunlight. Where modern meets ski cabins! Take a dip in the outdoor pool and hot tub in the beautiful outdoors, just a few steps from the unit. Enjoy golfing, kayaking or paddle boarding at Stratton Golf Course lake. No pets allowed.

FAQ:

1) Is there a washer / dryer in the unit?
A: There is no washer /dryer in the actual unit. There is in fact a communal washer / dryer on the floor open to all guests.

2) Is the training and fitness center open to all guests?
A: The training and fitness center is open to all guests! Access to the center is $25 per guest per day. There are plenty of amenities within (15 outdoor tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, Yoga room, weight/cardio equipment, etc.). Reservations for certain areas of the rec center need to be made ahead of time, so I would call ahead if interested!

3) Can we check in early or check out late?
A: We can only accommodate early check ins or late check outs for an additional fee if there are no guests arriving the same day. We have a schedule with our cleaning staff that we must abide to in order to ensure we can accommodate all of our guests with proper cleaning. Please feel free to make a request for early check in or late check out for an additional fee and we will let you know if available!

This unit is located walking distance from the Stratton Mountain Village, which is filled with everything for the outdoor enthusiast! Just on the resort, you will find restaurants and apres-ski spots, shopping ranging from gear to fashion, a health center, pool, spa, and events. In the winter, there is skiing and snowboarding, snow tubing, snowmobiling, ice skating, snowcat rides, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. In the summer, there is mountain biking, hiking the Appalachian or Long Trail trails, kayaking, swimming, golf, fishing, tennis, and paddleboarding.
