We want to clarify that our property is a privately managed vacation rental, not a hotel, and we aim to provide clear details in our listing so guests know what to expect. We do provide starter supplies, including toilet paper and towels, which is standard for short term rentals, and guests staying longer may need to replenish or launder items during their stay. Regarding your concerns about the insect, palmetto bugs are unfortunately common in coastal areas, specially during certain seasons. That said, we take these reports seriously, and as you noted, our team responded promptly by treating the area, and no further issues were reported. We also sorry to hear about your experience with the onsite staff and the door concern. We always want guests to feel heard and supported, and we regret if communication fell short. We will review this internally to ensure better handling of guest concern moving forward. Hi Terry, it’s very unfair to read your review based on lies, since you didn’t pay $20/night resort fee! On the other hand, in the advertise of the apartment says that Valet Parking costs $30 per day to pay in advance when you check in! There’s nothing to pay that we don’t tell our guests! We’re Premier Hosts and we bring our guests the best of us and they can relax and enjoy their stay in this wonderful beach like in home. It isn’t a place old, run down and the bathtub isn’t scratched and no plug, if you had a problem you can contact us 24/7, we’re always attentive to solve the problems that our guests may have. It’s very sad to host guests like you that didn’t take care of the unit, the cleaner found the unit very dirty with the towels with so many stains that we have to throw away and we didn’t claim to pay for them and for the extra hours we have to pay to the cleaner. When you check in you found the unit perfect

Considero que no se ajusta a la realidad del apartamento la descripción que das Estrella, lo recibieron como se ve en las fotos de la publicacion, con una cocina renovada y limpio, sin olor a humedad, tampoco el edificio está en ruinas ya que están haciendo mejoras de manera continua. Considero que podrías habérmelo dejado saber si algo no era de tu agrado, ya que tenías una comunicación fluida conmigo
