Apartment located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, rue du Chemin Vert, near Père Lachaise, 15 minutes' walk from Place de la République and 15 minutes' walk from Place de la Bastille.
We live in a recent residence (2013), in a quiet area set back from the street. The 83 m² apartment is on the first floor and opens onto a 70 m² private garden with a terrace.
The accommodation comprises:
- two bedrooms: one with a 140x190 double bed, one with a 90x200 single bed in a curtained alcove and a 90x200 mezzanine bed;
- a bathroom ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen ;
- dining area ;
- a garden ;
- parking ;
- and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its location in a quiet district right in the center of Paris.
Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine are all available during your stay.

To respect the tranquility of the residence, parties are strictly forbidden (no noise after 10pm, especially in the garden).

The apartment is close to the "Père-Lachaise", "Rue Saint-Maur" and "Voltaire" metro stations.
You'll find a "Carrefour City" or "Lidl" supermarket just 2 steps from the apartment for your day-to-day shopping needs.

You'll particularly appreciate the area's restaurants, shops and public transport (metro lines 2 and 3 right next door, buses)! There are also parks nearby for children (Square Gardette and Square de la Roquette).
We're also right next to the Atelier des Lumières (rue Saint Maur), a very attractive place that attracts many tourists.
