We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly what we were looking for and met all of our needs. The location is ideal. It is close to the beach and very easy to get into town using the Breeze or Frog bus, which made everything simple and stress free. Highly recommend. The owner was super easy to reach for anything and very helpful.

The unit was beautiful as shown on the website. It was big enough to accommodate our family of 4 comfortably and the location was good. Just a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately it was the record cold weekend in Florida and couldn’t enjoy but happy to play games and do a jigsaw puzzle with the family. I would stay here again for sure.

The property was immaculate when we came, which always makes you feel comfortable. The beds and sofa are very comfortable as well- super important! Great Property near the Siesta Beach

Family had a great time staying at this property. Basically brand new inside after renovations following hurricane. Clean and well appointed. Easy walk to beach. Had a hiccup beyond owner's control that she let us know about in advance so communication was excellent. Communication was also quick as I had a couple of questions and the responses were very timely.We would definitely be wiling to stay at this property in the future!!!

Wonderful stay

Townhouse is beautiful, just steps to the beach. Amazing host, great location! Minor inconvenience of lots of construction in front of buildings, kinda loud and lots of construction vehicles.

What a lovely townhome. Everything was perfect, each and every detail was attended to. The house is equipped to meet all your needs and is excellent proximity to the beach. Varinia was quick to respond with any question we had., but honestly it was a flawless experience. Hoping to return soon!

From the effortless check in, to the cleanliness of all rooms the stay was spectacular. I use VRBO at least 5 times a year and having lived in the Sarasota area years ago I visit the area annually. I now have a go to place to stay. This was the very best overall experience I have been associated with.

Great Beach Location

The property was clean and modern. Access to the beach and ample lounger chairs were convenient. The additional cooler, beach umbrella, and towels were a plus. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe.

I’ve lived in Siesta Key since 1991 and love it here. Everyone should experience why our White quartz beaches are ranked US #1 beaches of multiple occasions. I have 3 grown sons, and semi-retired from the practice of law. I owned my law firm in Sarasota since 2002.

I manage my own properties, so you are getting one on one attention. Because I manage my own properties, I often visit the condos to insure everything is in order and I immediately fix anything the guests may notice is broken or breaks during their stay. It really is important to me that you enjoy your vacation and the place where you stay can make all the difference. So I strive to make that difference.

I also own 302 (VRBO #853790) and 313 (VRBO # 809819, exactly next door) and this unit and those are perfect for group or multiple family getaways because you can be in your own townhome (not big buildings with elevators and lobbies) and every one can be very close by and use the same private beach with the chairs already at the beach for your convenience. The private beach is only about a 100 yard walk to the gate. No crossing streets or having to drive.
